Hodgson's team to face them in London is a bold one. Tottenham's Andros Townsend starts, with Wayne Rooney, Daniel Sturridge and Danny Welbeck all getting the nod also.
B/R's Karl Matchett will be bringing you player ratings and analysis and halftime and on the fulltime whistle.
1st-half analysis
Hart—Little to do but sweeping up well
Walker—Got forward a few times well but no end product
Cahill, Jagielka—Not dominating Damjanevic enough
Baines—Expecting a bit more thrust from him down left since England have had so much possession
Gerrard—Biggest threat for now but all from distance, has won the ball back well and chased a lot
Lampard—Not very involved other than keeping passing going
Townsend—Started well but gone a little quiet after the few runs to begin
Welbeck—A few shots but needs to get better runs beyond front line into space
Rooney, Sturridge—Not enough movement, both had poor shots, both need to do a lot more
