Manchester City vs. Bayern Munich: Date, Time, Live Stream, TV Info and Preview
Two of the top clubs in Europe will battle in a highly anticipated Champions League match between Manchester City and Bayern Munich.
Manchester City have been quite inconsistent in the English Premier League this season and currently stand in seventh place in the table. Still, the squad has shown plenty of ability with a big win over Manchester United as well as a 3-0 result against Viktoria Plzen in the first UCL match.
Conversely, Bayern Munich have dominated most of their competition to remain tied with Borussia Dortmund on top of Bundesliga. A draw against SC Freiburg is the only negative on an otherwise flawless start to the year.

No matter what happens in their respective leagues, these two sides will remain among the top contenders to win this year's Champions League title. However, advancing out of this difficult group is far from guaranteed.
The clubs will each try to get a leg up on their opponent in the group stage with a strong showing in this match.

Top Storyline: How Will Last Year's Results Carry Over?
These two squads had opposite showings in last year's Champions League.
While Bayern Munich raised the trophy as the top team in Europe, Manchester City only earned three points in six matches to finish last in the first phase.
This means little as far as the 2013-14 title is concerned, but it is certain to be in the back of minds of each player in the match. The German squad has a lot more confidence heading into this year than their English counterparts.
The question is if City can change their fate with a strong showing in this contest.
Prediction: Bayern Munich 2, Manchester City 1
Although each side has an elite defense, the offensive players will be too good to keep off the scoresheet.
Franck Ribery will be able to create plenty of opportunities for himself and his teammates, and it will be enough to get the ball into the net at least a couple of times. Arjen Robben will also try to get going after a relatively slow start in league play.
On the other end of the pitch, Manchester City will be able to make the most of their opportunities behind Edin Dzeko and others. However, chances will be limited as Bayern looks to control possession for as long as possible.
It will be a close battle throughout, but the defending UCL champions will get a key road win in this one.
