Clark is a talented in-state recruit and he runs a 4.60 40 according to 247Sports. Look for him to work his way up the depth chart, most likely on special teams at first.

Other Finalists: Virginia, West Virginia

Commit Date: 4/21/12

Analysis:

Braxton Pfaff has great potential at 6'6'', 285 pounds. Virginia Tech has good upperclassmen depth at both guard positions so Pfaff may benefit from a redshirt year. In time though, he'll be in the competition for a starting gig, and at the very least he'll be an important backup.

David Prince

14 of 20
Height: 6'0''

Weight: 175 lbs.

Position: ATH

Star Ranking: 3-star

High School: Patrick Henry High School (VA)

Senior Stats: N/A

Other Finalists: Virginia

Commit Date: 3/15/12

Analysis:

You'll most likely see Prince get reps at wide receiver for the Hokies. He's ranked as the No. 41 athlete in the 2013 class (247Sports Composite), so he does have a lot of potential. Tech is pretty deep at wideout though, so a redshirt season could be beneficial for Prince.

Weight: 167 lbs.

Position: ATH

Star Ranking: 3-star

High School: Henrico High School (VA)

Senior Stats: N/A

Other Finalists: N/A

Commit Date: 2/28/12

Analysis:

Cequan Jefferson is very fast, and in time he has what it takes to be a legitimate deep threat for the Hokies. He's only 167 pounds, but he runs 4.39 40 according to 247Sports. He'll be effective vertically and in the seams. Keep an eye out for Jefferson in a few seasons.

Kyle Chung

17 of 20
Height: 6'4''

Weight: 260 lbs.

Position: TE

Star Ranking: 3-star

Senior Stats: N/A

Other Finalists: Miami, Arkansas

Commit Date: 7/14/12

Analysis:

Chung has very good size at 6'4'', 260 pounds, so he's a big commitment for Tech. The issue for him is that the Hokies have two very good tight ends in starter Ryan Malleck and Duan Perez-Means. Chung may want to consider a redshirt season in order to gain an extra year of eligibility.

Anthony Shegog

18 of 20
Height: 6'2''

Weight: 195 lbs.

Position: S

Star Ranking: 3-star

High School: North Stafford High School (VA)

Andrew Motuapuaka

19 of 20
Height: 5'11''

Weight: 195 lbs.

Position: OLB

Star Ranking: 3-star

High School: Salem High School (VA)

Senior Stats: N/A

Other Finalists: N/A

Commit Date: 4/21/12

Analysis:

Motuapuaka is ranked as an outside linebacker, but unless he puts on a significant amount of weight in the offseason, chances are he'll get reps at safety instead. Therefore, a redshirt year may be his best option. That will allow him to figure out where he fits best, and then focus on that position.

Jamieon Moss

20 of 20
Height: 6'2''

Weight: 210 lbs.

Position: OLB

Star Ranking: 3-star

High School: Northeastern High School (N.C.)

Jamieon Moss is a big recruit for the Hokies. He has god size at 6'2'', 210 pounds and he could be a contributor at outside linebacker in a few seasons. He'll probably have to start out on special teams and work his way up the depth chart.
