Ray Lewis Forgives Anna Burns Welker for Angry Facebook Comments
For the second year in a row, the wife of a New England Patriots player flew off the handle after her husband’s team lost in the playoffs.
Last year, it was Tom Brady’s wife, Gisele Bundchen, losing her cool over a pass dropped by Wes Welker.
This year, it was Wes’ wife, Anna Welker, who snapped, crackled and popped after the Patriots were defeated by the Baltimore Ravens in the NFC Championship Game.

Incensed after the loss, Anna turned to social media and posted this scathing summation of Ray Lewis’ life (per ESPN):
"Proud of my husband and the Pats. By the way, if anyone is bored, please go to Ray Lewis’ Wikipedia page. 6 kids 4 wives. Acquitted for murder. Paid a family off. Yay. What a hall of game player! A true role model.
"
Yup, New England WAGs be crazy.
Burns has since apologized her for actions, and Ray Lewis has accepted her apology and forgiven her (per Boston.com):
"Sometimes people just say silly stuff. And they say it out of emotion.
I truly forgive her, and I have no hard feelings against her at all, but I believe people just make mistakes and say foolish things sometimes.
"
Turning the other cheek. That’s a smart move, Ray.
