Takeaways From SNME 44 ➡️
Sunday night, WWE Lucha star Sin Cara took to Twitter to announce his return stating:
"For the ones that were talking, guess what!! just a month and a half after my knee surgery,I'm back!!! PPV Royal Rumble!!
— Sin Cara WWEOfficial (@TheSinCaraWWE) January 28, 2013"
For some of us, this is a return that we can do without, but for others it will be an exciting moment. Ultimately I realize that being out for a month and a half hardly gives fans time to truly miss the high-flyer. However, there are still thousands of fans that will be happy to see the masked star back in the ring.
Overall, I can't imagine that he will be in the ring for a long period of time. The fact is that this will be his first time competing in this match, so his experience level alone could be a disadvantage.
Not to mention he will be up against several seasoned veterans, including John Cena and one hungry up-and-comer in Ryback. So, to me, it appears that the oft-injured star has little to no chance of coming out on top.
In the end, I am fully expecting Sin Cara to be in the ring for a short amount of time. I also feel that if he is able to eliminate anyone, his exit will shortly follow.
