Plenty of Holiday-Themed Matches
Every year around this time, the WWE goes holiday crazy in its programming and the Christmas Eve spectacular Monday night will be no different. From hardcore to casual fans, all should expect an overload of Christmas-themed decorations.
Question on Everyoneโs Mind: Will the WWE Go Overboard?
Of course. This is the WWE, a company built on entertaining the fans, and it will blow out this show like few others during the year. While the numbers will be down because of the holiday, this weekโs Raw will be one of the most fun to watch of 2012.
Hype Meter: 4 out of 5 Santa Attacks
The best part of every WWE Christmas event is the way Santa is portrayed, and then likely attacked by a heel. From Stone Cold Steve Austin to John Cena, whoever is picking on Santa usually comes to find out that the jolly fat man is actually a former world champion.

Expect the Faces to Dominate Christmas Episode
Just like last weekโs Tribute to the Troops, the WWE must cater to its demographic for this episodeโyoung kids that will watch despite it being Christmas Eveโand allow it to be an upbeat episode; that means the faces will go over throughout the show.
Question on Everyoneโs Mind: Will Every Face Win?
There is a chance that one of the WWEโs favorite bad guysโAntonio Cesaro, Damien Sandow, etc.โmay get a victory in the middle of the show, but this night is all about the good guys celebrating with the fans.
Hype Meter: 3 out of 5 Last-Second Merchandise Pitches
The WWE wants the faces on the roster to show off its brightest and coolest merchandise so the children watching it want the same gear as well. With plenty of gift certificates and returns that will bring families back to the store, the WWE wants to be fresh in children's minds.
