Details of Ric Flair's Divorce Garner Mainstream Publicity

Showbiz gossip site TMZ has unearthed the details of Ric Flair's divorce from his future ex-wife, Jacqueline Fliehr. Unsurprisingly, they aren't pretty and it looks like "The Nature Boy" is set for yet another unpleasant, dragged-out divorce.

The site, which managed to obtain official court documents relating to the separation, notes that Mrs. Fliehr is accusing her husband of rampant infidelity:

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jackie explains, "Husband has had numerous intimate relationships with other women during the parties' marriage, to the embarrassment and humiliation of wife."

Jacqueline also notes that she was a "faithful and dutiful wife" ever since they tied the knot in 2009.

It doesn't end there, either. TMZ goes on to mention that a furious Jacqueline is also accusing the two-time Hall of Famer of ducking out of paying her alimony, as well as other costs:

According to the docs, Flair agreed to pay Jacqueline $4k per month in spousal support ... plus a one-time payment of $15k to cover legal costs. He also agreed to pay $14k in back payments from the time they split in July...But Jacqueline claims Nature Boy totally blew off the agreement -- and hasn't paid her one single cent.

For the record, anyone who has read Shawn Ryan's now infamous article from last year detailing Flair's messy financial history should not be surprised by the last allegation. To say Flair is a reckless spender is a huge under-statement.

Flair married the-then Jacqueline Beems in November of 2009 (per PWInsider), marking his fourth trip down the aisle. Regrettably, the two had a tumultuous relationship, with Mrs. Fliehr being arrested for assaulting her husband on more than one occasion (via TMZ and WCNC).

Charlotte, N.C., news site WBTV.com has also covered the divorce (Flair is something of a local celebrity in Charlotte), with his lawyer, Larry Hewitt, offering a rebuttal to the TMZ allegations, even bringing up the previous assault accusations against Mrs. Fliehr:

Mr. Fliehr denies the claims made by Mrs. Fliehr...He contends that there was marital misconduct and domestic violence on her part. All of these issues will be resolved in the court room.

"

Whatever happens, let's hope that Ric can sort out things amicably with his ex-wife. If there's one thing "The Nature Boy" doesn't need at this point, it is more bad publicity. Especially when considering all the various new sponsorship deals that he's picked up in 2012 (via Businesswire). After all, as his wrestling career lies in limbo due to the current TNA/WWE contract-tampering lawsuit, these deals are seemingly what is keeping him afloat financially.
