Alex Rodriguez Dates a Hooker

I read the NY Daily News this morning about A-Rod dating hookers. Thanks to Peter Abraham for posting a link on his Web site to the Daily News article.

I'm not the biggest fan of Alex Rodriguez. Well, actually, I'm not a fan at all. I don't like him, but I have one question about him dating hookers.

So?

Alex has been doing a lot of weird stuff lately, like looking at himself in the mirror, dating 90-year-old Madonna, and lying about steroids in every which way.

These are the type of things that happen to athletes or just people in general that make a lot of money. They look for something else in their life because they become bored.

I’ve read comments on different message boards and some people are upset that Alex Rodriguez would date a hooker. Forty-eight percent of people polled at the NY Daily News think that Alex is a disgrace to baseball and to the Yankees.

I’ve also been reading what fans have been writing. They compare Alex to Derek Jeter saying that Jeter would never date hookers because he only dates good looking celebrities and that dating hookers is degrading to women so they won’t support Alex anymore.

I’ve also read fans writing that Jeter is basically a male hoe and that he is not squeaky clean, but a womanizer. Fans also say that the press won’t pick on Jeter because he’s “Derek Jeter,” and if Jeter was paying prostitutes, there wouldn’t be a big story on it.

This comes down to Jeter being the Yankee darling because he won World Series titles as a player the Yankees brought up from the farm and a lot of women like him so there’s respect for Jeter.

I will say that I don’t like the fact that A-Rod took steroids. I’m not a fan of A-Rod’s but I could care less if he dated a hooker or many hookers. Why? Because a lot of men do it.

Prostitution is the oldest profession in the world and men will always want to pay for sex. Prostitution shouldn’t be illegal in my eyes. We’re paying taxes to help police shut down escort services. What we’re basically doing is fighting the male libido.

No matter how much we try to shut prostitution down, the male libido will always want sex. It’s a lost cause.

I know for a fact that some of you reading this have paid for sex. I can tell you that some of you reading this have paid for sex while being married. The game of love and sex will never change.

So when some one says the Alex Rodriguez payed a hooker for sex, my response is, so?
