Best Images from SF Giants 2012 World Series Parade

Brian MaziqueJun 5, 2018

The San Francisco Giants faithful came out in force on Halloween Wednesday to celebrate the team's second World Series championship in three years, and the seventh in franchise history.

A little bit of rain never hurt anybody.

Giants paraphernalia, floats, speeches from your favorite players—if you are a Giants fan, what could be better than this?

Well, it depends. The guy on the right looks like he really doesn't see the big deal of it all, and the guy on the left is a dead ringer for Mike Bibby.

At any rate, take a look at the best pictures snagged from the celebration.

That's not an out of control Halloween party, that's tons of orange and black confetti falling at the Giants parade.

One Twitter/Instagram user commented that this crowd was a bit larger than the one that showed up for the 2010 world champion Giants.

Irritated, Frustrated or Happy

6 of 20

There are a few things that could explain why the guy with the broom is screaming:

  1. Someone could be pushing in line (I hate when that happens).
  2. He could be the father of the kid with the Giants logo cut in the back of his head.
  3. He could just be ecstatic that his Giants just swept the Detroit Tigers in the World Series.

It's probably option No. 3.

Bochy Approved

Does two World Series championships in three years makes Bruce Bochy a baseball legend? I'll give that a thumbs up.

That's a Huge Crowd
