SF Giants' World Series Celebrated with Batting-Stance Perfection

Gabe ZaldivarJun 7, 2018

Batting Stance Guy is back and better than ever, and he is packing a lot more Buster as well.

Here is the latest video (h/t Yahoo Sports) from Gar Ryness, the Batting Stance Guy, and it features impressions of the starting lineup for your 2012 World Series champion San Francisco Giants.

If you aren't familiar, spend a few minutes laughing at some spot-on impersonations of baseball stars as they step into the batter's box (at Ryness' official website).

The latest is just as perfect as any other collection of batting stances this maestro has done before, but that doesn't mean we don't have some favorites.

Pablo Sandoval was exactly like the real thing, only with a bit more enthusiasm out of the box, but only a bit.

Then comes Buster Posey at the 3:13 mark, which is completely sold by the facial expression you will recognize immediately. I always wondered why one of the best players in the game always looked concerned and if it was just me who noticed.

The whole video is worth seeing, especially for you Arrested Development fans. Like an extra scoop of ice cream on a sundae, Buster comes out from behind the camera.

We have no idea what spawned such a cameo, but we will hardly whine about it, nor the fact that the best comedy in years will be returning shortly.

Batting Stance Guy is still on his game.
