NFL Picks Week 4: Home Teams Set to Roll over Division Rivals
There are a handful of intriguing divisional matchups on the Week 4 slate of NFL games this coming weekend, but only a few where the home team looks primed for a blowout win.
Two 3-0 squads will host struggling rivals while an AFC Super Bowl favorite kicks off the week's action against a winless team not worthy of primetime exposure.
Wondering which teams I'm referring to?

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Let's take a look at three of my Week 4 picks and break them down one by one.
Baltimore Ravens over Cleveland Browns
The Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns are two teams moving in very different directions. While Baltimore is coming off a confidence-boosting win over the New England Patriots in Week 3, Cleveland is coming off its ninth straight regular season loss in a row.
Even worse for the winless Browns, they will have a short week to prepare for the Ravens' third-ranked passing attack ,and Baltimore will be playing at home. Talented Cleveland cornerback Joe Haden will miss his fourth game because of suspension. The Browns' pass defense is ranked 27th in the NFL without Haden this season.
Baltimore is 8-0 against Cleveland since John Harbaugh took over as head coach, and the Browns have not beaten the Ravens since 2007. Given the state of both teams heading into Week 4's Thursday Night Football matchup, I can't imagine that losing streak coming to an end.
Atlanta Falcons over Carolina Panthers
Much like the Baltimore Ravens, the Atlanta Falcons have owned division rival Carolina over recent years. The Falcons have won four straight against the Panthers, and haven't lost to Carolina at home since 2007. With Atlanta off to a scorching 3-0 start in 2012, don't expect that streak to end either.
The Panthers are coming off a 29-point home loss to the New York Giants in Week 3, and will put their vaunted passing attack, led by second-year quarterback Cam Newton, up against the NFL's No. 8-ranked pass defense in the Falcons. Atlanta is allowing fewer than 208 yards through the air this season.
The Falcons are getting better and the Panthers can't get any worse after what they showed us against the defending Super Bowl champions last week. Until Carolina gives me a reason to pick it in a challenging matchup like this and Atlanta shows me a flaw, I'll take the Falcons every time.
Houston Texans over Tennessee Titans
The undefeated Houston Texans will host AFC South foe Tennessee on Sunday afternoon. Although the Titans are coming off a win of their own in Week 3, they weren't facing a defense as fierce as Houston's. The Texans rank in the Top 5 in rush and pass defense this season, allowing less than 256 total yards per week.
The crowd at Reliant Stadium in Houston will also have the Texans' offense performing at its highest level. Matt Schaub and company won't have to compete with any noise on offense, while the defense will feast off the noise generated by one of the NFL's most underrated fan bases.
Another major concern for the Titans will be keeping pace with the Texans on the scoreboard. Before Week 3, Tennessee hadn't scored more than 13 points in a game. It's unlikely they will score more than 10 in Week 4 on the road. Their lack of a running game (39 rushing yards per game) will make them one-dimensional and thus predictable.
Although, I believe the Texans will have the biggest blowout win of the weekend, I think it's safe to say that all three of the aforementioned home teams will roll over their division rivals in Week 4.
