New England Patriots' Brandon Spikes Trashes NFL Replacement Refs on Twitter

Brandon Spikes has a couple of opinions on those rascally replacement refs everyone is talking about. 

The New England Patriots are taking on NFL replacement referees, and they are making it a team effort. Moments after the Baltimore Ravens kicked a controversial field goal to finish off the Patriots, 31-30, on Sunday night, all hell broke loose. 

Head coach Bill Belichick grabbed a ref, and linebacker Brandon Spikes grabbed our attention. 

Here are some tweets the irate football star decided to give to his followers after a frustrating conclusion to another Sunday with replacements officiating the games.

Here is what Spikes decided to tweet after an emotional end to a tightly contested game with the Ravens.

No doubt reacting to fans who noticed that a fine may be coming, Spikes made careful to point out he never actually called out any "refs."

Perhaps he was talking about actual zebras he may have seen on the way home from the game.

To end out the night, Spikes went biblical.

I'm not sure what is more entertaining, the Patriots when they are on a roll and driving down the field, high-octane offense rolling along...

Or this, when everyone from the head coach to their star linebacker are incensed. 

One thing is clear, though. The replacement refs are not winning any popularity contests anytime soon.
