Oh no! India lose the second match as well. This is a very bad blow for India. The Indian squad was the same except for Ravindra Jadeja replacing Rohit Sharma. The New Zealand Squad remained unchanged. as far as the Toss is concerned it was won be  Danial Vettori and he elected to field.
India were off to a shake start as the could only manage two runs in the first over. But then Virender Sehwag hit five fours and took the Indian score to 28 in three overs. But unfortunately got out and India were 29 for one after four overs. Suesh Raina got out on a duck and Gautam gambhir too was out for just 10 runs. Then Yuvraj Singh made 50 of 34 balls hitting three fours and four sixes but also lost his wicket. M.S. Dhoni made a slow 28 of 30 balls hitting just two fours and remained not out. But Yusuf Pathan got out on a duck, Ravindra Jadeja made 19 of 16 balls and Irfan Pathan made 15 of 10 balls. The Indian score finally reached 149 for six in 20 overs.
The Kiwis bowled quite well as only one of the five bowlers used had a economy rate of over 10 but he also grabbed two wickets in his spell of bowling.\
Danial Vettori bowled well with figures of 4 0 21 1 and Jesse Ryder also bowled well with the figures of 4 0 18 0.
The Kiwis were off to a flying start. The were 53 for 1 after 5 overs. It seemed like the match would end after 15 or 16 overs.
 But then came a superb spell from Harbhajan Singh. His figures were 4 0 15 1. Ravindra Jadeja also bowled well. These two spells helped India to keep New Zealand on 99 for 2 after 14 overs.
After that India had some little chance  of scraping a victory but then with Brendon McCullum hotting a four and Ross Taylor Taking  quick singles and doubles New Zealand were 122 for 2 after 17 overs. But in the 18th over Irfan Pathan took two wickets and gave away only 5 runs. Then the Indian supporters started cheering as now India had a fair chance of winning. Now the Kiwis needed 23 runs from the last two overs. Everyone's heartbeat was very fast. Yuvraj Singh grabbed another wicket in the 19th over and the Indian crowd cheered with excitement. Finally New Zealand needed 12 runs from the last over. Irfan Pathan was ready with the ball and only gave away 3 runs of the first three deliveries. But unfortunately  Brendon McCullum hit two fours and scraped a run of the last ball of the match and New Zealand won again.
Brendon McCullum got the Man of the Match award for the second T20 match also. 
It  was a close fight. India need to improve there batting tactics and bowling strength. India have won at least one T20 match against all the other countries it has played against except for New Zealand. This is India's third loss against New Zealand and fourth loss overall.
