WWE News: Triple H and Brock Lesnar's Post-SummerSlam Future Revealed

The Doctor Chris MuellerJun 6, 2018

Triple H and Brock Lesnar fought a hard match at SummerSlam on Sunday, leaving both men looking worse for wear after the match.

Now that the match is over, many people will be asking what the future holds for both Brock Lesnar and Triple H.

WrestleZone is reporting that Brock Lesnar will probably be doing another match at Survivor Series this year while Triple H is expected to take a few months off following the PPV.

WZ also reported that Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman will be opening Raw tonight, most likely to address Lesnar's win over Triple H and possibly set up his next feud for a few months down the line.

Following their match, Triple H left the arena slowly, ending the show mouthing the words "I'm sorry" to everyone as he went to the back.

For a PPV to end with such an image would normally indicate a retirement, but Triple H is nowhere near being ready to hang up his boots forever.

Just by looking at the guy during the match, you could see that he is still in great shape and has a lot left to give in the ring.

Seeing Hunter go out there and still have what it takes to put on a good match is great because a lot of wrestlers get completely burnt out by his age, especially if they have gone through what Triple H has put himself through during his career.

As for Lesnar, we will have to wait until tonight to see what the future holds. The identity of his Survivor Series opponent is likely to be a hot topic—if that is, indeed, the next scheduled match he has set up.

Make sure to come back tonight to see what happens as I cover Raw live on B/R's Monday Night Raw Live Blog.
