WWE SummerSlam 2012: Shawn Michaels Reacts to Lesnar-HHH Match
Let's face it, Triple H and Brock Lesnar definitely delivered at SummerSlam.
Even though their match placement was questionable, they proved that the choice was deserving. As the show was coming to a close "The Cerebral Assassin" left the ring with his wrestling future uncertain.
Turns out, as millions across the world were watching this match and wondering if this was indeed Triple H's curtain call, so was Shawn Michaels. As Helmsley's longtime friend, HBK was not only impressed by the match but also laid out several post-match tweets regarding his friend and his potential future.

"What can be said...what a match, what brutality. Neither guy is gonna be the same after that one. Gotta give Hunter a call!!! #SummerSlam

"Just talked to Hunter...lets just say, I completely understand whats going through his head. We'll just have to wait and see...

Michaels later responded to a fan's comment:
"
"RT @tonyloupellis: RT: don't think anyone is. Hunter can't finish like that no way-- It's his choice...but there's things to consider...

Ultimately, both Michaels and "The Game" are masters of a dying art, as each is able to tell a great story both in and out of the ring. Chances are, even though it appears Triple H wrestled his final match, he probably hasn't.
Don't get me wrong, I am certain he will be stepping away for a bit, just doubting that his last call will be against Brock Lesnar. I am not saying Lesnar isn't worthy, just implying that Triple H has had better rivalries—with bigger names that would better serve his "Swan Song."
