WWE SummerSlam 2012: Why It Would Be Great to See 3 Titles Change Hands
CM Punk, Sheamus and Santino have all had lengthy runs as champions, and seeing them lose their titles at SummerSlam would be entertaining.
We all know CM Punk will be the champion by the time the Royal Rumble comes around, but a brief spot where he isn't the WWE champion would be great. I don't have anything against Punk, I've especially loved his work over the last couple months.
The announcer's table speech on the Raw following the 1000th episode, in the face of Jerry Lawler was absolutely classic mic work.

But that said, some variance is needed and that should come with the Big Show getting some long overdue love. He's been in the WWE since 1999 and he's only held the ultimate prize twice.
He doesn't have a long time left in his career, and he deserves to be strapped.
Sheamus' appeal has grown during his run as the World Heavyweight champion. I don't think he should lose to Alberto Del Rio, but I do believe Dolph Ziggler should successfully redeem his Money in the Bank to become the new champion.
Ziggler is on the rise, and he needs a major championship to validate him as a major part of the WWE's future.
Last, and certainly least of all is Santino. He remains the United States Champion, despite hardly competing in the ring anymore. It's time for him to lose and Antonio Cesaro is the perfect successor.
He's making his name in the ring and Santino doesn't need a championship to continue his popularity. He has the comedic role on lock and this would be a natural progression for both men.
I know this would make SummerSlam a every heel friendly event, but sometimes that's the best way to keep things fresh.
