The Price is Wrong with the Montreal Canadiens
Carey Price is learning the hard way what it is to play in Montreal.
Price is not the same since returning from his injuries a few days before the All-Star Game. Out of the 13 games he started, he lost 11 of them. Currently he has a 2.78 GAA with a .904 save percentage.
About two weeks ago former Montreal coach Jean Perron revealed that Price and a few of his teammates were partying too much. With that said, pictures of Price surfaced on the internet of him partying.

"My dad always said your sins will sort you out," Price said Tuesday. "Evidently, they did."
Coach Guy Carbonneau decided that Price is not the designated starter anymore. Jaroslav Halak will play as much and maybe more if Price doesn't focus.
Before Tuesday's win against the Vancouver Canucks the Habs lost 12 of their 16 games. Also Price has allowed 20 goals in his last four starts. The Habs had lost those four games.
"It sucks that when you try and go on vacation, try and have a good time, that things come back and bite you," Price said, referring to pictures taken in Mexico after last season.
"In the end, I'm more of a role model and I have to be more careful about what I'm doing. Sometimes it's tough, especially when you're 21 years old. The lessons that I learned this year are going to stick with me for the rest of my life.
"I'm still really proud to be here. That hasn't changed at all. Every player knows it's tough sometimes to play here. I'm finding that out right now."
My thoughts
I hope he just didn't realize that he's a role model for the kids. If he doesn't want his actions to come back to bite him, maybe he should start by behaving in public! Remember this is Montreal, not Nashville.
Let's hope he can get his focus back. Canadiens fans don't tolerate players who don't play well.
