Patriots' Wes Welker Tossed from Restaurant in Bachelor Party Fail

Bachelor parties are a fairly easy endeavor. Order heavy on the drinks and make sure you are in Las Vegas. Wes Welker managed to screw that all up recently. 

First off, Welker managed to kick things off in Aspen, Colorado. If the saying for Sin City is, "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas," then Aspen's slogan is far different. 

What goes down in Aspen can usually end up in every last national news site and sports blog. Not catchy, but it's the truth. 

Welker, as many of you know, is set to marry his fiance Anna Burns this weekend in the resort town, so we can excuse the last throes of bachelorhood being done locally. 

However, the easy task of entering a restaurant is where Welker and his boys really screwed things up, allegedly. 

The New York Post has the scuttlebutt from the land of expensive stores and restaurants.

Out for what seemed to be an unofficial bachelor party — tussled with security when they tried to enter the Patrón tequila-sponsored “Summerology” event Friday night, part of the weekend’s 30th annual Aspen Food & Wine Classic.

Allegedly, Welker and his buddies tried to get into the event, being held at Above the Salt restaurant, when they tried to just rush in without checking with the staff controlling the party. 

Security then tackled the group, but the Welker crew still wouldn't cooperate, according to the report. 

Bystanders mentioned that a brawl nearly broke out, but the Patriots star's posse was successfully kicked off the premises. 

Wait, this was all before they even got to the Patron tequila? The mind wanders with the possibilities of what would have gone down had shots of reposado taken pace. 

For Welker, I am going to assume he is fine physically and emotionally. I mean, he is marrying Ann Burns.
