Heat vs. Thunder: Lil Wayne Scores Tickets to Watch OKC
Congratulations are in order to Lil Wayne, who found out exactly how one procures expensive tickets to an in-demand playoff game. They buy them.
Weezy will be in attendance during what will be a raucous Game 1 NBA Finals between the Miami Heat and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
OKC Thunder beat writer Darnell Mayberry tweeted the following:
"In the house tonight for Game 1 will be none other than Lil Wayne (@LilTunechi)...He bought two courtside tickets.

I know most of you lost sleep wondering how on Earth Lil Wayne would ever get to see the Thunder play.
The last time we left the rapper, he was good and mad about not being able to get to see the Thunder take on the Spurs, even though the game was sold out.
A Fox Sports report brings everyone up to speed on the brouhaha that broke out between the rapper and his OKC Thunder.
It seems that he wanted some tickets but was denied because the ones he wanted were unavailable:
"A team spokesman has said Lil Wayne's representatives insisted that he sit in the front row, and none of those seats were available. Oklahoma City sold out every home game during the regular season and playoffs.
"
A few tickets became available for tonight's game in Oklahoma City, and I am assuming this is how Lil Wayne procured the tickets.
Whatever the method, rest assured that Lil Wayne will be at the game. You can call off the midnight vigils and the prayers that you planned to say before the game that this rich celeb would get his way, because he has.
Now we can move onto things that matter, like pretty much everything else.
