Jerry Sandusky Trial: Day 1 Tweets Highlight Just How Disturbing Process Will Be

The Jerry Sandusky trial got underway today, and there was no shortage of shock and drama from the first day of proceedings. For better or worse, the nature of a jury trial lends itself pretty easily to the real-time micro-blog aspect of Twitter, so here are some of the biggest bombshells to drop today.

Per ABC 27's Sandusky-case-only Twitter feed, Sandusky's defense reminded jurors that showering is normal, especially for the people normally using the shower rooms:

Sara Ganim tweeted that the prosecution displayed contracts given from Sandusky to one of the alleged victims and that the contracts involved money paying for exactly what you're hoping they weren't, but yep, they were:
