Potential Backup Plan for WWE If Alberto Del Rio Can't Compete at No Way Out

Multiple reports have stated that due to a concussion, Alberto Del Rio could possibly miss his World Heavyweight Championship match against Sheamus at No Way Out. 

Del Rio reportedly missed a house show last night, so there's a strong chance that he will in fact miss No Way Out. Concussions are not injuries to take lightly.

The concussion was reportedly caused when Sheamus slammed Del Rio's head against the WWE logo at the top of the entrance ramp, as you can see here.

Due to Del Rio's concussion, WWE officials have been brainstorming scenarios in case Del Rio needs to miss No Way Out. With that said, here's an idea:

At last night's house show, Sheamus reportedly defended his title against the winner of a match between Kane and Great Khali. So, perhaps WWE should do something similar at No Way Out.

At No Way Out, let's have a 20- to 30-man battle royal with the winner earning a World Heavyweight Championship match against Sheamus later that night.

As for the participants:

David Otunga, Great Khali, Jinder Mahal, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger, Cody Rhodes, Yoshi Tatsu, Zack Ryder, William Regal, Tyler Reks, Curt Hawkins, Tyson Kidd, Sin Cara, Hunico, Camacho, Santino Marella, Primo, Epico, R-Truth, Kofi Kingston, Ricardo Rodriguez, Miz, Brodus Clay, Drew McIntyre, Ezekiel Jackson, Heath Slater, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, Booker T and Michael Cole.

As for the potential winners:

Dolph Ziggler, Ricardo Rodriguez, Miz and Booker T.

Why Dolph Ziggler?

Putting Ziggler in a title match against Sheamus would give his singles career the boost that many fans want to see.

Why Ricardo Rodriguez?

Putting Ricardo in a title match against Sheamus would give Ricardo an opportunity to avenge Sheamus for giving Del Rio a concussion. This would also give Del Rio a reason to be at No Way Out. Perhaps Del Rio could be at ringside, help Ricardo win the title and later buy it from him at a reasonable price.

Why Miz?

Putting Miz in a title match against Sheamus would put Miz back in the title spotlight.

Why Booker T?

Booker is the 5x, 5x, 5x, 5x, 5x (really the 6x) World Heavyweight Champion. Let's give Booker another shot at the title.
