Hulk to Chelsea: Brazilian Asks Porto to Let Him Move to Stamford Bridge
Porto and Brazil striker, Hulk, has informed the Portuguese side that he wants to be allowed to join Champions League winners, Chelsea, this summer.
The Daily Mail has stated that Porto, as a result of the players request, will accept an offer of £38 million for Hulk, despite a release clause in his contract being set at £80 million.
The deal would consolidate what has already been a prosperous summer for Chelsea—and one that looks like only only getting better for Abramovich's men.

Having already brought Marko Marin and Eden Hazard to Stamford Bridge, the move for Hulk would well and truly cement the "Chelsea Revolution" as it's now being referred to, as the new age of football at the club.
As the old guard start to exit, with the likes of Drogba, Essien and Ferreira less than likely to be sticking around before the start of the next season, Chelsea have wisely started to restock their ranks, with a variety of young talent from across the continent.
On top of the three players already mentioned, the Blues are heavily linked—according to the Daily Mail—with Belgian midfielder Marouane Fellaini of Everton, and Dutch and Ajax right-back, Gregory van der Wiel.
With their brisk start to this summer's transfer business, many are touting Chelsea to be one of the favourites for next season's Premier and Champions League trophies.
There is little left to be said about Hulk that hasn't already been mentioned this transfer window.
He is an extremely versatile player, able to play both on the wing and as an out-and-out striker in the center of the pitch.
This would give Chelsea a fantastic opportunity to rearrange their formation midseason, should their plan to build the team around Torres up front fall flat.
If the Spaniard is unable to recapture his former glory, a switch can be made that would make Hulk the target man of the Londoners, with the likes of Hazard and Mata feeding into him.
This would be a last resort, however, as it would seem Chelsea's primary goal for the coming year is to reinvent the once world-class Spanish striker.
Whatever happens, for now this will be a fantastic signing.
The news that Hulk has openly requested a move to the Bridge should excite all Chelsea fans for the prospect of next season.
Welcome to the new age of Chelsea.
