Fantasy WWE: Monday Night Raw (May 28)

This is the posting of this past Monday's episode of Monday Night Raw.

As the name implies, this is "Fantasy Raw." By no means will any of this ever happen—it's just a continuation of the Fantasy WWE Series. 

The ratings war started a few weeks back, so please leave a comment with a rating from 1 (hated it) to 10 (loved it). Please give us some feedback. It will only help us.

A brief background: In October 2011, Nate Scaccia and I represented Raw while Kevin Berge and Nate Giese represented Smackdown in the second-ever WWE Fantasy Draft. After a lot of demanding schedules, the shows are now run by Michael Broughton and Will Owen on Raw, while Charl G, Jack McKenzie and George Cushnie control Smackdown. Both shows are putting on great episodes week in, week out and are very interesting.

Writer's note: Just to show you guys that I read and value your comments, I've recently begun implementing match times into my matches, and now I am going to post my Raw roster every week.

Promo: Vince McMahon Comes Down to the Ring

Vince McMahon comes out to start the show, receiving some massive heat from the fans. He climbs into the ring and grabs a mic.

Vince: Ladies and gentlemen, tonight may very well be my last night here on Raw. 

The crowd erupts in cheers, obviously hopeful that he will get the boot.

Vince: However, if that is in fact true, I want to leave with a bang. Before I walk out tonight, I want there to be a brand new World Heavyweight champion! Seth, you have disrespected me for quite a while now, and tonight, I will finally get my revenge. In tonight's main event, Rollins will go up against...

Orton's music goes off and he comes out to a great reaction.

Randy: Listen, I already know how this goes. You don't base your decision off of skill or momentum. Instead, you find the biggest ass kisser and give him the main event. Well I demand you immediately change your mind, or you will regret it for the rest of your life. You may be my boss now, but after you're fired, I will have no problem kicking your head in.

Vince: Excuse me? Is that any way to talk to your superior? I don't plan on losing my job anytime soon, so you may have to deal with me for a much longer time than you hope. Now, I have been in charge before, and you should know by now that I won't take your B.S. If you truly want a spot in tonight’s main event, you will come down to this ring and apologize.

Randy stands up on the ramp for quite some time, before reluctantly making his way into the ring.

Randy: Vince, I'm.....sorry. There, is that good enough?

Vince: No! I want you to get on your knees and beg for the match.

Randy ponders a few moments but drops to his knees in embarrassment.

Randy: I am so very sorry. Please, I am begging you, give me a title shot.

Vince: Hmmmm.....fine. You will get a title shot, but it won't be just any normal match. Tonight's main event will be a triple-threat elimination match for the World Heavyweight Championship, involving you, Seth, and Kassius Ohno. 

Randy: What? Kassius Ohno is involved in this match too? We—

Vince: Shut your mouth right now before I change my mind and take you out of the match!

Randy's face is pure red and he looks ready to snap. However, he slowly climbs out of the ring and walks up the ramp in frustration.

Match 1: The Hart Dynasty vs. the Cólons

Smith and Tyson come out first to a pretty decent pop.

The Cólons come down the ramp next, flanked by Rosa Mendes but happily accepts it. Smith starts out the match against Primo. The ref calls for the bell and the match begins. 

Smith goes right after Primo, hitting a running knee to the face. When Colon gets back to his feet, Hart connects with three rolling belly to belly suplexes, followed up with a butterfly suplex. He makes the early cover. One, two, kick out!

David quickly grabs a hold of Primo and locks in a crucifix arm bar. Primo's arm looks about ready to snap as he writhes in pain. Smith is ruthless with the hold and uses all of his strength to nearly break the arm.

However, Epico hops into the ring and drops an elbow on Smith. Seeing that his partner is in trouble, Tyson joins the action and hits a Hurricanrana, sending Epico careening to the outside.

Primo quickly jumps to his feet and takes advantage of Smith's momentary distraction. When David turns around, Cólon connects with a headbutt, followed with a leg sweep. As Smith falls down to the mat, Primo hops over the ropes and out to the apron. When David pulls himself up, Cólon goes airborne, hitting a springboard cross body.

He goes for the pin. One, two, kick out!

Primo hops to his feet and tags in Epico. Smith tries fighting his way back into the match, but Epico sends him down with multiple back elbows. Epico then tries hitting a back suplex, but David is just too heavy.

Smith takes advantage of the miscue, elbowing his way out and nailing a pendulum backbreaker. He then lifts Epico back up and hits a double-leg slam. Smith goes for the pin. One, two, kick out!

Kidd is begging for the tag, and Smith eventually obliges. Tyson goes soaring in, hitting a huge springboard elbow drop. He makes the cover. One, two, Primo breaks up the pin!

Primo begins pounding on Kidd, but Smith stops him with a big boot. However, the damage has been done.

Epico takes advantage of his partner's work, nailing a huge tornado DDT. Tyson is completely out of it as Epico heads out to the apron before hitting a springboard splash. He makes the pin. One, two, kick out! 

Epico can't believe that move didn't finish him off.

Frustrated, Epico goes for another tornado DDT, but Kidd pushes him off. When Cólon tries going back on the attack, Tyson connects with a roundhouse kick. Kidd then takes advantage of the opportunity, heading to the top rope. When Epico gets to his feet, Tyson connects with a diving spinning wheel kick. He goes for the pin. One, two, kick out!

Kidd can't believe it.

He angrily gets to his feet and tries locking in his newest submission hold, the Dungeon Lock. However, Epico is able to kick his way out of it before quickly making the diving tag to Primo.

Kidd and Primo go back and forth with punches, until Cólon gets the advantage with a savate kick. Primo then bounces off the ropes and nails a huge running knee to the face. He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Kidd tries dragging himself over to David in the corner, but Primo stops him with an elbow drop. Primo continues his assault and connects with a huge swinging neckbreaker.

With Tyson on his back, Primo hustles up to the top rope. When Kidd gets to his feet, Cólon hits a huge flying crosbody, but Kidd rolls through and makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Both wrestlers get up at the same time, but Tyson gets the advantage with a knee to the torso. Kidd then goes for a standing Code Blue, and nails it! He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Tyson is completely astonished. Not knowing what else to do, Kidd makes the tag to Smith.

Hart goes right after Primo, hitting a huge delayed vertical suplex. Smith then continues his attack with a foot DDT, into an ankle lock! Primo is hopeless, as David's strength is just too much. He tries kicking his way out, but can't seem to escape. Seeing that his partner is in trouble, Epico comes in and makes the save.

Epico begins to beat down on Smith, but Kidd comes flying in with a springboard bulldog. He then throws Epico to the outside and follows after him, leaving Hart and Primo alone in the ring.  

Smith is able to get to his feet first and takes advantage, connecting with a Northern Lights suplex. When Cólon stands, Hart hits a huge side slam. He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

The Hart Dynasty just can't seem to put Primo or Epico away. Frustrated, Hart lifts his opponent up and goes for a front powerslam. However, Primo slips out and hits an inverted DDT. Picking up momentum, Primo bounces off the ropes and hits a falling headbutt on Smith. Cólon then makes the tag to Epico, bringing him back into the match.

Epico quickly goes after Hart hitting a knee dropkick, followed up with a shoot kick to the chest. When Smith gets back up, Epico goes for a running corssbody, but is caught.

Hart then nails a body slam before dragging himself to the corner and tagging in Tyson. Kidd looks to end it quickly, trying to lock in the Sharpshooter. However, Epico rolls out of it and hops up to his feet.

The two get up at the same time and each hit a clothesline on each other. Both men are down as the crowd is electric. Eventually, both men use the ropes to get up. Suddenly, Kidd hits a super kick out of nowhere!

Primo tries saving his partner but is sent away by a big boot from DH Smith. Seeing the opportunity, Kidd lock in the Sharpshooter on Epico. After going through multiple grueling beatdowns, Epico has nothing left in the tank and has no choice but to tap out!

HERE ARE YOUR WINNERS AND NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS....THE HART DYNASTY!!

Tyson and Smith celebrate their victory, holding their new Tag Team title belts! After a few minutes, the victorious team heads to the back, smiling the entire way. Meanwhile, both Cólons lie unconscious after a grueling and extremely well-fought match.

Promo: Joe Hennig and David Otunga Backstage

Backstage, Joe Hennig is running around frantically.

Suddenly, he is stopped by David Otunga, who is sporting a sweater and a bow tie. 

Joe: What do you want David? If you haven’t noticed, I’m sort of busy. While you are here though, have you seen Vince McMahon? 

David: Why do you want to speak to Vince? 

Joe: What kind of question is that? Tonight is a huge night! If I could get myself a match tonight, it would be a huge step in my career. 

David: I’ll tell you what. I’ll talk with Vince and try to get you a match. You can call me your personal and business adviser. 

Joe: Really! I kn--- wait. What is the catch? 

David: No catch. All you have to do is sign this contract stating that I receive 10 percent of your overall earnings. 

Joe: That is it? Deal! Where do I sign! 

Joe signs the contract before leaving happily. Meanwhile, David looks on with a selfish grin.

Match 2: Alex Riley vs. Shelton Benjamin

Riley comes out first to another solid pop. He is followed by Shelton, who receives a ton of heat from the fans in attendance. The two competitors get in the ring and are ready to battle. The ref calls for the bell and the match begins!

Riley and Shelton quickly go right after each other, trading blows. However, Benjamin is able to gain the advantage, before connecting with a huge clothesline. Shelton then lifts Alex up and nails a massive belly to belly suplex. Riley is still down as Benjamin bounces off the ropes and jumping implant DDT. He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Shelton quickly goes back on the attack, continuing his early dominance. When Alex gets to his feet, Benjamin nails a huge running shoulder block. He doesn't stop there though. Shelton lifts Riley up to his feet and connects a T-Bone suplex. He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

When Alex gets back up, Shelton goes for a Samoan Slam. However, Riley manages to slip out and connects with a big boot to Benjamin's face. Shelton tries getting back to his feet, but Alex takes him down hard and pummels him with punches. Riley then swings the momentum completely with a huge spine buster.

With Benjamin completely out of it, Alex locks in a knee lock (A.K.A. The Brock Lock). Shelton is seemingly about to tap, having nowhere to go. However, Benjamin is able to connect with a few elbows to the back of Alex's knee, causing him to release the hold. Both men struggle to their feet at about the same time. Riley goes for a clothesline, but is reversed into a hangman's flapjack. When Alex turns back around, Shelton nails a scoop powerslam. He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Benjamin gets to his feet, looking to finish the match off. He goes for Pay Dirt, but Riley is able to push him off. When Shelton turns around, he is hit with a huge lifting DDT. Alex makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Riley drags Shelton up to his feet and goes for pendulum backbreaker. He connects and follows it up with a sidewalk slam. With Benjamin down, Alex locks in a fujiwara arm bar. Shelton writhes in pain as Riley is ruthless with the hold. Trapped in the middle of the ring, Benjamin uses all of his strength to get to his feet. Shelton then rolls out and hits a short-arm-clothesline. Shelton quickly throws Riley onto the ropes before hitting an arm drag. Benjamin then pops to his feet and begins emphatically pounding on his chest. When Riley gets up, Shelton hits a sharp swinging neckbreaker. He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Annoyed, Shelton begins arguing with the referee. He eventually turns back to the match, but the momentary distraction is long enough for Riley to cover. Alex takes advantage, nailing a huge elbow to the back of Benjamin's head. Riley then begins pounding on his grounded opponent, using all of his strength to keep the momentum in his favor. Alex heads up to the top rope. When Shelton stands, Riley comes crashing down on him with a diving cross body. He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Riley gets up and signals it is the beginning of the end for Benjamin. When Shelton pulls himself up, Alex goes for his finishing move, "You're Dismissed!" However, Benjamin is able to slip out and hit a bridging German suplex into a pin. One, two, kick out!

Shelton can't believe it still isn't over. Shelton gets to his feet and once again goes for Pay Dirt, but Riley pushes him away. Riley tries taking advantage with another lifting DDT, but is reversed into a bridging northern lights suplex. Shelton makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Benjamin doesn't stop to argue this time, heading up to the top rope. Riley is still down as Shelton goes for a 450 Splash. However, Alex is able to roll out of the way just in time, causing Shelton's torso to smack hard into the canvas. Alex gets to his feet first and takes advantage of his opponents miscue. He lifts Shelton up and goes for "You're Dismissed!" However, Benjamin slips out and dives out of the ring for a breather. After a few moments, Shelton decides he is finished and heads up the entrance ramp as the ref begins his count: 1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9...10!

HERE IS YOUR WINNER BY COUNT-OUT....ALEX RILEY!!!

Riley is obviously not happy, as his face is bright red. He quickly grabs a mic and addresses Shelton.

Alex: You think this is over? You think you can escape me? I got news for you: you can run, but you can't hide! I will get my shot at you Shelton, and when I do, you are in for the beating of your life.

Alex throws the microphone down hard to mat and stomps his way up the mat.

J.R.: Shelton may have dodged a bullet tonight, but he can't run forever.

Jerry: Are you kidding me? Shelton is a seasoned veteran. Alex should be thanking him for ending this one early.

Promo: Mark Henry and Abraham Washington in the GM's Office

The camera cuts backstage to the general manager's office, where Abe and Henry are arguing with Vince.

Mark: Last week, we were promised a match! You can't just back out of it like this and give the opportunity to another team!

Vince: I apologize, but I had scheduled that championship match weeks ago. There was no way I could have changed it on such short notice. However, don't worry. You two will get you're opportunity, but not tonight.

Mark: You better hope we get a shot in time, because if plans change again, I will hurt you. And I'm not talking about a little beatdown. I will make sure I break every single bone in your body! 

Vince: Mark, just calm down. I understand how you feel. I've been doing this a long time and  let me promise you this: you two will be facing The Hart Dynasty for the Tag Team title at the upcoming pay-per-view, Money in the Bank. However, you two will still be in action tonight. Up next, you two will be fighting Ted DiBiase and John Morrison.

Mark and Abe both smile before leaving the office together. Vince breathes a sigh of relief as he just missed receiving a beating from the World's Strongest Man.

Match 3: Mark Henry and Abe Washington vs. Ted DiBiase and John Morrison

The newest members of the Raw roster come out first, receiving solid pop from the crowd. Abe and Henry follow, getting pummeled with usual boos from the fans. As they walk, Abe begins speaking to the fans. Mark decides to start it out, up against DiBiase. The ref calls for the bell to ring and the match begins.

Ted goes after Mark immediately, but doesn't stay on his get for long. Henry connects with a shoulder block, before pulling DiBiase to his feet and connecting with a front powerslam. Ted hops right back up for more, but is once again sent to the mat, this time by a gorilla press slam. DiBiase is down as Henry hits a log drop. He makes the early cover. One, two, kick out!

In control early, Mark heads up to the top ropes. However, Ted meets him on the top turnbuckle with a few hard shots to the face. They go back and forth for quite a bit of time, but Ted is able to earn the advantage with a kick to the gut. DiBiase then toss Henry down to the canvas before positioning himself. Mark is still staring up at the lights as Ted hits a huge diving fist drop! He make the pin attempt. One, two, kick out!

DiBiase uses all of his strength to pull Mark into his corner before tagging in Morrison. JoMo quickly picks up where Ted left off, hitting a side Russian leg sweep. Henry uses the ropes to get back to his feet, but is nearly knocked unconscious by a Pele Kick from Morrison. JoMo makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Mark is reeling, struggling to even get up to his knees. Morrison takes advantage, hitting a calf kick on Henry. John then goes spinning, connecting with his patented breakdance leg drop. Henry is nothing but dead weight, as JoMo tries to lift the big man up. After numerous failed attempts, Morrison gives up and heads out to the apron. When Mark gets to his feet, John goes for a springboard knee smash. Morrison connects, driving his knee into Henry's skull. JoMo makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Morrison doesn't stop there, as he bounces off the ropes and goes for a swinging neckbreaker. However, Mark is ready for it and hits JoMo in mid stride with a running cross body. Mark then lifts Morrison up and hits a Canadian backbreaker. He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Mark pulls himself up and makes the tag to Abe. Henry then holds John's arms as Washington pounds his torso with punches. Mark eventually relinquishes is grip, setting Abe up perfectly for a huge clothesline on his groggy opponent. Abe works quickly, pulling Morrison up and hitting a vertical suplex. He goes for the pin. One, two, kick out!

JoMo tries fighting back with a few punches, but is hopeless. Washington pushes him away before nailing a big boot to John's face. DiBiase tries interfering, but is stopped by a World's Strongest Slam from Mark Henry. Washington then goes for the finish with an In Yo Face neckbreaker. However, JoMo pushes Washington away before nailing a step-up ezuigiri. He goes for the pin. One, two, kick out!

Morrison drags Abe towards the corner and gets ready for Starship Pain. He goes for it, but Abe pulls his knees up. Morrison's ribs smack hard into Washington's knees, causing him to writhe in pain. JoMo fails to get to his feet and Washington makes the tag to Henry. Mark takes advantage of his injured opponent, crushing his torso with a running splash. Henry then goes for the finishing touches, connecting with the World Strongest Slam on JoMo. He makes the pin. One, two, three!

HERE ARE YOUR WINNERS.....MARK HENRY AND ABRAHAM WASHINGTON!!!!!

The victorious team celebrates in the ring momentarily, before taunting the crowd as they head back to the locker room. Meanwhile, DiBiase tries to help John up after being dominated throughout most of the match.

Promo: Mason Ryan and William Regal Come Down to the Ring

Will Regal comes out with Mason Ryan, receiving the usual heat from the fans. They both get in the ring and grab a mic.

Will: Shut up! Who do you people think you are? I am an all-time great, while the man next to me is the future of this business! Sit down, and shut your damn mouths! You people spend everything you have to see us, so the least you can do is give us the respect we deserve! For the la---

Justin Gabriel's music hits and he heads down to the ring. 

Justin: Mason, shouldn't you be in the back preparing for our match tonight. I'm more than ha---

Will: What are you talking about? Mason won't be defeating you until the next pay-per-view! 

Justin: Oh, you two haven't heard? With Vince fearing unemployment, he decided to give the fans what they want. So our match has been moved up to tonight! See you later tonight guys!

Will: What? This is an outrage! Mason is not ready to compete tonight. I demand this match be postponed immediately!

Justin: You have a problem with it, then take it up with the boss.

Mason: Forget it William. If he wants to get an early beat down, then so be it. Tonight, I will finish what you started last week. I will defeat Gabriel and further prove my proclamation that I am the greatest European champion of all time is in fact true.

Gabriel heads to the back smiling as Mason tries to calm down a steaming Will Regal.

Promo: Joe Hennig vs. Mystery Opponent

Joe Hennig comes out to a pretty decent pop. He gets in the ring quickly, excited for his match. However, Otunga interrupts, coming out with the contract Joe signed earlier.

David: Joe, earlier tonight, you made a big mistake. Please listen to this excerpt: “In signing this document, my career on Raw will officially be over and I will accept transferal to WWE’s NXT.

Hennig reads it over and his expression slowly changes.

David: This contract now states that you are officially off Raw! Congratulations on being the newest member of NXT!

Joe: What? You promised me a match! I thought that contract was about you becoming my adviser? You said nothing about NXT!

David: You see, I'm Vince's assistant and I had a job that needed to be done by any means necessary. I'm sorry Joe, but business is business. You signed the contract, so there is nobody to blame but yourself. Now please leave the ring before I have you dragged out. There is security and a limo ready to escort you out of the arena.

Joe almost decides to drop to his knees begging for another opportunity, but David is unsympathetic and it is no use. He slowly gets up and heads to the back, visibly shaken.

Once Joe leaves, Otunga goes back to talking.

David: And for the rest of the Raw locker room, you better pick it up. With NXT growing bigger and more successful each day, one bad night and you could find yourself right next to Joe Hennig and RVD.

David leaves the ring, getting pummeled with boos as he heads to the locker room. 

Promo: Drew McIntyre Is in the Ring

Drew comes out to a mixed reaction, quickly getting in the ring and grabbing a microphone. He is completely serious as he begins to speak.

Drew: Do you people think I'm stupid? I know what you people have been saying about me. I have heard all of the rumors. Ever since Layla left, I've been struggling. Therefore, you all assume that I can't make it in the WWE without someone at my side. For those of you who actually believe this, I have some news for you: you are sadly and completely mistaken. Nob----

Layla's music hits and she comes down to the ring with a mic.

Layla: You can deny it all you want Drew, but I'm the only reason you ever held the European Title. I helped you cheat your way to victory, as I was blinded by my love for you. However, things have changed. You’ve betrayed me and I no longer care about you. I'm happy to see you drowning in obscurity, while I have gone nowhere but up. So get out of my ring because up next, I will be competing for the Women's Championship.

Drew: You can't tell me what to do! I am a former European, and Intercontinental champion! How dare you speak to me in such a way!

Layla: Yes, you were a former champion. Now you are a worthless nobody. Now get out of the ring before security drags you out.

Drew refuses to leave, so security guards flood the ring and try to escort him. However, McItyre tries fighting back. The guards mob him and against Drew's will, drags him back to the locker room as Layla laughs.

J.R.: Drew should be embarrassed for his actions here tonight!

Jerry: Can you blame the man? He just realized without Layla, he is nothing more than a complete and utter failure. Talk about embarrassing!

Match 4: Layla vs. Beth Phoenix for the Women's Championship

Layla is waiting in the ring as Beth makes her entrance. Phoenix gets some pretty solid heat, taunting the crowd on her way down the ramp. Both divas get in the ring and prepare to fight. The referee calls for the bell and the match begins!

Layla goes right after Beth, hitting a knee dropkick, followed up with a running bulldog. Beth quickly gets back to her feet, but is sent down by a Hurricanrana from her opponent. Layla then continues her assault, connecting with an inverted DDT. Phoenix tries getting to her feet, but is stopped as Layla hits a leg sweep. Layla then follows is up with a huge knee drop. She makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Layla gets to her feet and quickly heads up to the top rope. With Beth down and out, Layla hits a massive diving double foot stomp. Instead of going for the pin, Layla pulls Beth up and connects with singe knee face breaker! She makes another pin attempt. One, two, kick out!

Layla doesn't stop her attack, lifting Beth to her feet and going for a vertical suplex. However, Phoenix uses all of her strength and is able to power out of it with a few punches. Beth then takes over, hitting repeated clotheslines followed up with a big boot. Phoenix lifts Layla up and hits a bridging fisherman's suplex into a pin. One, two, kick out!

With Layla down, Phoenix locks in the Glam Slam submission hold. Layla cries out in pain, with nowhere to go. However, she refuses to tap out. Phoenix is ruthless, but Layla just won't give in. Beth uses everything she has to break Layla in half, but the match doesn't end. In pure frustration, Beth releases the hold and begins pounding on her opponent with punches and kicks. The ref is eventually able to pull her off, but Phoenix go right back at it, hitting an elbow drop. She makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Layla tries pulling herself up, but is instead hit with a huge kick to the ribs from Beth. Phoenix continues to dominate, connecting with a choke backbreaker, followed up with an STO. When Layla gets up, Phoenix goes for a Glammer Hammer, but misses wildly. Layla takes advantage, connecting with an enzuigiri. Instead of making the pin, Layla heads out to the apron. With Beth down, Layla connects with a springboard senton bomb! She makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Beth gets up and goes for a kick to the gut, but is reversed into a dragon screw. Layla then Irish whips Beth off the ropes before hitting a back crescent kick. Phoenix is out of it and in danger of losing her title as Layla heads right back to the top rope. Beth pulls herself up but is immediately hits with a diving cross body. However, Phoenix is able to roll trough and make the cover. One, two, kick out!

Both competitors get up at about the same time, but Phoenix is able to gain the advantage with a knee to the torso. Phoenix then hits a military press drop, but tosses Layla over the ropes and onto the floor at ringside! Phoenix doesn't wait though, heading to the outside in pursuit of her opponent. However, Layla was playing possum and hits a drop toe hold. Layla then climbs up onto the apron as Phoenix struggles to her feet. When Beth finally stands, Layla hits an apron run somersault senton. Layla gets right back to her feet and tosses Beth into the ring. She makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Layla can't believe it, but continues to work. She goes for her patented Lay Out neckbreaker, but is pushed away by Beth. Phoenix then hits a huge overhead belly to belly suplex. After another huge momentum swing, Beth connects with a DDT. Instead of making the cover, Phoenix goes for German suplex. However, Layla elbows her way out before connecting with a huge roundhouse kick. Layla then uses all of her strength to lift Beth up in a fireman's carry position, but Beth escapes after hitting a few elbows. With Layla staggering, Phoenix takes advantage. Beth bounces off the ropes and nails a huge running cross body. She then lifts Layla up and goes for her finishing move, the Glam Slam! Layla tries escaping, but Beth is just too strong as she connects, sending Layla's face first into the mat. She makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

HERE IS YOUR WINNER AND STILL WOMEN'S CHAMPION....BETH PHOENIX!

J.R.: Layla looked good the entire match. She may have actually won if it wasn't for Beth's advantage in the strength department

Jerry: What match were you watching? Beth was on fire the entire match! So much for Layla's hot streak.

Promo: Wade Barrett Interview Backstage

Backstage Todd Grisham is with Wade Barrett.

Todd: Later tonight, you will be going up against Rey Mysterio. What is your strategy going into a match against a seasoned veteran such as Mysterio.

Wade: Oh, you haven't heard? What kind of reporter are you? I am not facing Rey tonight. 

Todd: Why would you back out after fighting so hard to get this match last week?

Wade: I have my reasons. I spoke with Vince and he made the correct professional decision of calling off the matchup.

Todd: Please don't take offense to this, but...are you scared?

Wade: Scared of Rey? What is there to be scared of? He is five feet six inches, and well under 200 pounds. He is nothing more than a glorified stunt man. He would not even stand a chance in the ring with someone such as myself.

Todd: If he doesn't stand a chance, why cancel?

Wade: I already explained to you that I have my reasons. Now get out of my sight.

Todd: But I have to ask. Why al---

Wade: Did you hear what I said? Get away from me you ignorant fool!

Grisham darts away in terror as Barrett stares him down in disgust. 

Match 5: Justin Gabriel vs. Mason Ryan for the European Championship

Gabriel comes out first and gets a great pop from the crowd. Mason follows with Will Regal, as the two get booed by nearly everyone. The two competitors are completely serious as they prepare to fight with the belt on the line. The ref calls for the bell and the match begins!

A brawl quickly ensues as the two battle back and forth. Mason gains the advantage with a double of hard punches, but quickly loses it as Gabriel connects with a Pele Kick out of nowhere. However, Mason's huge stature stops him from even falling down.

Gabriel is shocked and confused, but nonetheless continues to fight. He connects with a few running elbow smashes, but Ryan still won't go down. Justin attempt a tornado DDT, but Mason catches him and locks in a bear hug. Justin's torso is nearly crushed as Mason applies the lock. Justin looks just about ready to tap as he can't reach the ropes. However, he is able to connect with a few elbows before finally connecting with a tornado DDT. He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Justin continues to work as quickly as possible, as he heads to the top rope. When Ryan gets to his feet, Gabriel hits a huge missile drop kick. Ryan drops to one knee, but somehow gets right back to his feet. Justin tries connecting with a roundhouse kick, but is caught. Mason takes advantage, pulling Gabriel into his grasp before nailing a double leg slam. He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Ryan throws Gabriel into the corner before connecting with a few hard shoulder thrusts. Mason then pulls Justin up to the top rope and goes for a superplex. However, Justin punches his way out and the two begin a battle on the top rope. The two struggle for position before they eventually go tumbling off the top rope, down to the floor outside the ring!

Regal watches in anticipation as both men are out of it. Mason is able to get up first, but Gabriel quickly stands right after him. Mason goes for a clothesline, but Gabriel ducks it and nails a discus elbow smash. Justin then climbs all the way up to the apron and waits for Ryan to stand. When Mason finally gets to his feet, he is hit with a moonsault from Gabriel. Justin tries lifting Mason back into the ring, but isn't strong enough to carry Ryan's dead weight. Frustrated, Justin gives up and slides in the ring. Ryan eventually gets up and climbs up to the apron, but jumps right back to ringside as Gabriel swings at him. Justin backs into the middle of the ring and Mason comes up with a new strategy. Ryan slides into the ring quickly and fires a few punches at Gabriel, but Justin fires right back. The back-and-forth affair continues until Mason gets the advantage as he blocks a few of Gabriel's punches. Mason then lifts Justin up and nails a running powerslam. He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Ryan gets to his feet and begins taunting his opponent and the crowd. When Justin gets to his feet, Ryan goes for a butterfly suplex, and hits it. Instead of making the cover, Ryan climbs up to the second rope. As Gabriel pulls himself up, Mason hits a diving clothesline. He makes another cover. One, two, kick out!

Ryan is in shock, as he begins arguing with the ref. He eventually turns his attention back to Justin, but the distraction is long enough for Gabriel to recover and hit a super kick! He makes the cover. One, two, Regal distracts the ref!

Justin tries hitting Regal, but he jumps out of the way just in time. With Ryan still down, Gabriel takes the action to the air, hitting a springboard elbow drop. When Mason finally gets up, Justin hits a reverse STO into the Koji Clutch. Mason is quickly losing air as he tries to crawl towards the ropes. He begins to fade, and Justin's grip is tight. However, Ryan uses his strength advantage to finally grabs the ropes and force the ref to break the hold up.

Gabriel can't believe Mason got to the ropes. With Ryan lying on the mat, Gabriel heads to the top rope and tries finishing it off with one move, the 450 Splash. However, Mason is able to dive out of the way just in time. Gabriel hits the mat hard before going motionless.

Ryan gets to his feet and takes advantage of Justin's mistake. He lifts Gabriel up and goes for his patented sit-out sideslam. However, Justin is able to elbow his way out of it. Justin then uses all of his strength to hit the Blue Thunder Driver! He quickly gets to his feet and climbs to the top rope for the 450 Splash. Mason pulls on the ref's leg, distracting the official long enough for Will to interfere. Regal takes Justin's legs out from under him, causing him to fall down hard to the mat. After a few moments, Ryan is able to get up and hit a sit-out side slam! Instead of making the easy pin, Ryan lifts Justin back up, this time hitting a sit-out powerbomb into a pin. One, two, three!

HERE IS YOUR WINNER AND STILL EUROPEAN CHAMPION.....MASON RYAN!

Ryan gets up to his feet and grabs his title before quickly leaving the ring. Regal follows and both men are completely serious as they head back to the locker room. Meanwhile, officials struggle to help Justin up after a grueling defeat at the hands of Mason Ryan—and partly William Regal.

Main Event: Kassius Ohno vs Seth Rollins vs Randy Orton in an Elimination Match

...for the World Heavyweight Championship!

Orton comes out first to a great pop. As he walks down to the ring, he is still visibly upset over the events that took place during the opening segment. He is followed by Kassius Ohno who gains some solid heat from the fans. Finally, the world champion comes down the ramp as the crowd fills with cheers. Each man climbs into the ring and gets ready to fight. The referee calls for the bell and the match is underway!

The three men meet in the middle of the ring and trade punches with each other. Seth and Orton eventually form a team as they beat down on Ohno. Kassius tries fighting back, but has no chance as Rollins and Orton connect with a double suplex. However, their alliance doesn't last long as Seth hits Randy with a dropkick, followed up with a springboard cross body. He makes the early cover. One, two, kick out!

Rollins looks to go back on the assault, but is interrupted by a huge mafia kick from Ohno. Kassius then pulls Seth up to his feet and hits a cravate leg sweep. He makes the pin attempt. One, two, Orton breaks it up!

When Kassius gets to his feet, Randy hits a Lou Thesz Press, pummeling his opponent with punches. Orton works quickly as he gets up to his feet and climbs out onto the apron. When Ohno gets to his feet, Randy tries hitting a slingshot elbow smash. However, Seth jumps in between them and hits a dropkick on Orton. Rollins grabs a hold of Kassius and hits a belly to back complete shot. When Randy gets to his feet, Seth connects with an enzuigiri. He makes the pin. One, two, kick out!

Rollins turns his attention to Kassius, who is just getting to his feet, Seth goes for a springboard back elbow, but Ohno dives out of the way. When Seth turns around, he is hit with a cravate flip neckbreaker. Ohno then jumps up to the top rope but is interrupted by Orton. Randy pounds on Kassius relentless before setting up for a superplex. Seeing his opportunity, Seth grabs Orton by the legs and hits him with a powerbomb while Orton connects with a superplex on Kassius! Seth covers Orton. One, two, kick out!

Seth drags Randy on top of Ohno before heading out to the apron. Rollins then comes flying back into the ring, connecting with a slingshot senton bomb on his two opponents. Rollins then pulls Randy up to his feet and hits a sitout suplex slam into a pin. One, two, kick out!

Rollins goes after Orton, but Kassius stops him with a stiff kick to the gut. Ohno then lifts Seth up and hits a huge arm and legger. Rollins is still down as Kassius connects with a back roll twisting senton. Orton tries putting a stop to Kassius' momentum, but is hits with Crash Landing. Ohno makes the cover on Randy. One, two, kick out!

Kassius's attack on Orton is ruthless, as he nails a cravat countdown. He is about to make the attempt, but Rollins gets back in the action, hitting a Koppu Kick. Kassius gets up to his feet quickly, but is sent down hard as Rollins connects with a huge DDT. Instead of making the cover, Seth turns his attention to Randy, who is just getting to his feet. Rollins goes for a Hurricanrana, but Orton catches him and hits a turnbuckle powerbomb. Seth staggers before going for a clothesline, but is reversed into a inverted headlock backbreaker. Orton makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

As Randy gets to his feet, Ohno is waiting from the top rope. When Orton stands, Kassius goes for a diving corssbody, and connects! He gets up and signals it is time for Orton to be eliminated! He sets up for the Hero Sandwhich, but Randy slips out. When Ohno turns around, he is met with a massive RKO! Randy makes the pin attempt.One, two, three!

KASSIUS OHNO HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!

Randy celebrates a moment too long as Rollins attacks him from behind and pummels him with punches. However, Orton turns him over and connects with a few blows of his own. Randy then heads up to the top rope as Seth pulls himself up. When Rollins finally gets to his feet, Orton hits a missile dropkick. He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Orton begins pounding on the mat emphatically, poised for an RKO. When Seth gets up, Orton goes for his patented move, but Rollins reverse it into a back suplex. Seth quickly gets out on the apron, but Randy stops him with a few hard knees. Orton then gets ahold of Seth and hits a rope hung DDT! He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Orton can't believe the didn't finish him off! Frustrated, Orton pulls Seth to his feet and goes for O-Zone. However, Seth rolls out of it before locking in a sleeper hold! Randy can't breathe as he quickly loses air. He start to fade, but refuses to give in. He struggles up to his feet, before nailing a backpack stunner out of nowhere! He makes the cover. One, two, kick out!

Randy is livid! He gets to his feet and prepares for an RKO! When Seth gets to his feet, Randy tries ending it, but is once again sent away. When he turns around, Rollins hits a leg dropkick, sending Orton to his knees. Seeing the opportunity, Seth hits Avada Kedavra! He makes the cover. One, two, three!

HERE IS YOUR WINNER.....SETH ROLLINS!!!!

Main Event Promo: Vince McMahon Comes to the Ring

Before Seth can celebrate, he is interrupted by Vince McMahon.

Vince: Congratulations Seth, you have passed all of my challenges and have proven yourself to be a worthy champion.

Seth: Do you think I care how you feel about me? You are no longer my boss. 

The crowd begins chanting: "Nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah nah, hey hey hey, good bye!

Vince: Who ever said I was fired? You see Seth, you still have one more obstacle to overcome.

A figure runs out from the crowd and delivers a huge spear to Seth. It is...BROCK LESNAR!!! Lesnar hits Seth with a huge F5 before walking up the entrance ramp to Vince McMahon. Vince smiles as he shakes Brock's hand before leaving.

Jerry: What a way to end a spectacular night!

J.R.: Brock Lesnar? Wow! I didn’t see this one coming at all! What a complete and total ambush! Is Vince fired? Was Lesnar in on this the entire time? I guess we can only find out next week, here, on Monday Night Raw! Goodnight!
