IN THE CRAZY WORLD OF WRESTLING.

Tyler WilliamsFeb 5, 2009

Wrestling has changed over the years. No more are the days of wrestlers entertaining fans at the circus.

Today, wrestling sells out arenas across America and overseas. But, with the way things have been going lately, how long will it last?

WWE is the current leader right now after the buyout of WCW in 2001. Without competition has professional wrestling gone stale?

In many peoples eyes it has. I know some of you are saying wait what about TNA Wrestling so I will start with them first.

TNA Wrestling

TNA was founded by Jerry Jarrett and Jeff Jarrett, and is currently owned by Dixie Carter.

TNA hit the scene after some from the remains of WCW went and started a new journey. TNA was fresh when it came to Spike. Like many others I was very excited, but now that excitment has long gone.

TNA seems like WCW before it got shut down. With hmm moments like Main Event Mafia—pretty much NWO, but with different letters. MEM even took over Impact, like NWO did very often back in the day.

That's when I finally had enough.

TNA seemed like a great company to bring new competition to WWE. However, the same problems that WCW struggled with, TNA is having now.  The old superstars won't get out of the way.

Wait, that's not all. The corny gimmicks and the gimmick matches, it's like I've seen all of this stuff before. Unfortunately, I don't think there is anything TNA or WWE could do to change many people's minds.

WWE

I sometimes catch RAW, but it's sad that I can't enjoy it like I once did. WWE has no more excitement the story lines are boring and we keep seeing the same superstars with the belts— like Triple H, John Cena, Batista and Edge.

It's starting to get on my nerves trying to figure out how these guys always winning the belt can be fair?

But my biggest question is, will wrestling revive itself and make a big comeback to make me eat my words?

I doubt it.
