Pacquiao vs. Bradley: Fight Is a Defining Moment for Desert Storm

Timothy Bradley is nearing a massive crossroads. He will be standing right in the middle of the intersection on June 9th at the MGM Grand while he prepares to fight Manny Pacquiao. 

He already has an impressive resume. He is 28-0, the WBO Light Welterweight Champion and a former two-time WBC Light Welterweight Champion.

However, this is his first real high-profile fight.

He won his world junior welterweight belt from Junior Witter in England, which drew a decent spotlight, but every other fight has been an afterthought.

In fact, his last fight was a victory over Joel Casamayor that came on the under card of third Pacquiao- Marquez bout. 

He has never faced an opponent with the reputation or ability anywhere near Pacquiao, and Bradley has never been in a spotlight this big or bright. 

If he wins, his career is going to explode into the stratosphere. He will be an instant superstar and in line for huge paydays. 

Even if he loses, but puts up a good fight, he will cement himself as one of the sport's top names. This will leave him in line for some marquee fights in the future and increase his earning power. 

If he is dominated in this fight, he will just fall back into the giant pile fighters who can't distinguish themselves from one another. 

This is the single biggest moment of Bradley's career. It will be fascinating to see how he handles it.
