Hi, everyone! I'm not the biggest college basketball fan, but since my Nittany Lions are doing well, I've decided to keep an eye on the games this year. So, here are my rankings for the best teams in the country as of Monday afternoon. Feel free to post your own in the comments section.
I rank teams mostly off of record, but also off of quality wins, and how they fare during the week. Some factors will contradict others, which will leave me in a bit of a dilemma, and that's when a little bit of bias comes in.
