Liverpool Transfer News: Reds Need to Move on from Brazilian Lucas Moura
Although Liverpool has shown a profound interest in adding Brazilian transfer Lucas Moura to the roster, the team would be smart to set their sights on other talents.
A recent report suggests that Inter Milan is now the favorite to land the 19-year-old Moura, leaving Liverpool and Chelsea (another club that had shown interest) out of the running.
With that said, Liverpool should turn their attention to other transfers instead of wasting valuable time courting a player who may have already chosen a new club to play for in the future.

It doesn’t help that Liverpool has reportedly been snubbed by Inigo Martinez as well. Martinez has expressed his desire to remain with Real Sociedad instead of transferring to another club (Chelsea and Arsenal also showed interest in Martinez).
Nothing seems to be going well for Liverpool lately, as their team manager, Kenny Dalglish, has reportedly been fired.
With one bit of bad news after another, Liverpool needs to move swiftly to improve their club moving forward. Dwelling on the imminent failure to sign Moura and Martinez’s decision to remain with Real Sociedad is not an option.
Liverpool needs to move forward and look into realistic options for the club.
After a disappointing season and the firing of the team manager, transfers probably won’t have Liverpool at the top of their wish list, but the team needs to make additions regardless of those ugly facts.
Mohamed Diame is a name that could be a realistic option for the club. Additionally, Rasmus Elm has been a player Liverpool has targeted, but there may be a lack of mutual interest.
Regardless of what Liverpool decides to do in order to improve upon an eighth-place finish in the EPL, they need to move quickly. Admittedly, they may need a bit of luck to land key transfers.
