WWE Rumors: John Cena, Daniel Bryan, Vince McMahon and Monday's Top WWE News
After a wild way to close the week, WWE has actually become soft on news heading into Raw on Monday night. That's not to say there isn't stuff brewing backstage, it just isn't as salacious as the John Cena divorce, or something of that ilk.
Honestly, that's probably a good thing. Wrestlers personal lives should be their business, and whenever it becomes the hot topic of conversation it's usually bad news.
That's definitely the case with Cena.

In the meantime, we will break down all the latest news and information from behind the scenes in WWE to get you ready for an action-packed Raw that will feature the return of Triple H, who may or may not be wearing a sling to protect that "broken arm."
JOHN CENA NEEDS WWE NOW MORE THAN EVER
As soon as the news about Cena's divorce began to trickle out, and how miserable he reportedly was over the whole situation, it become apparent he needed WWE more than ever. His promo at the end of Extreme Rules was ill-timed, but now we know why he didn't leave.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Will this hurt Cena's in-ring performance?
Our Take: Given that this is said to have been an issue for months, it seems doubtful that anything is going to hurt his performance for WWE. Plus, with wrestling being his respite from the situation, it would seem to be the best place for him.
Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 Cena Wristbands
Cena may not be everyone's favorite wrestler, but divorce is never easy, and you have to try to find something, anything to latch on to just to take your mind off everything.
For that reason alone, it's hard to knock him for not taking the time off he talked about two weeks ago.

DANIEL BRYAN TO GET IMMORTALIZED WITH WWE DVD
One of the best things WWE does is its DVD releases.
They have a way of providing insight—admittedly, some of it fabricated—to a superstar's life and career that watching them every week just isn't able to do. That's why it was good to hear that Daniel Bryan will get his own release later this year as part of the Superstar Collection.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Will the DVD do justice to Bryan's career?
Our Take: It seems doubtful, as the DVD is only one hour and includes five matches, which will likely be from his WWE run. That's not to say Bryan hasn't had great matches in WWE, but Ring of Honor is where he did his best work, and that should be explored on any DVD release.
Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 American Dragons
Give WWE credit, there was a time when it wouldn't have even considered a DVD release for someone like Bryan.
Plus, aside from the WrestleMania botch, he has been part of the SmackDown, and now Raw, main event scene for nearly six months.

VINCE MCMAHON READY TO SMACK WASHINGTON DOWN...AGAIN
Linda McMahon's senate run two years ago became infamous to WWE fans because of the $50 million the McMahon family spent on the campaign and a memorable skit on Raw poking fun at it.
Turns out Vince might not be done doing all he can to make WWE look better with another "Stand Up for WWE" campaign.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Will this lead to another Vince McMahon skit on Raw?
Our Take: If Linda's campaign is unsuccessful again and the family has to dish out millions upon millions of dollars to finance it, that would seem to be a rational solution for the always controversial Vinny Mac.
Hype Meter: 4 out of 5 Vince McMahon Characters
That skit on Raw two years ago was honestly one of the funniest things that WWE has created in years. Sure, it had absolutely nothing to do with wrestling, and was basically Vince's middle finger to the whole process, but it was as entertaining as anything WWE has tried to do in a long time.

BIG SHOW & JOHNNY ACE FEUDING, FOR SOME REASON
In what has become an angle that seems destined to blow up in everyone's face, Big Show and John Laurinaitis are going to be locked in a bitter rivalry expected to be played out on Raw and SmackDown, because there just isn't enough Johnny Ace on television.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Is Johnny Ace growing on the creative team?
Our Take: If by "creative team" you mean Vince McMahon, absolutely. Laurinaitis is exactly the kind of energy-draining personality McMahon would keep putting on television just because he gets a kick out of him and not because he's actually good at what he does.
Hype Meter: 3 out of 5 Big Show Feuds
I'm sure there's a certain way to book Big Show that actually makes him feel like a big deal, but man, WWE has sure found some of the least interesting angles to run with this poor giant.
John Laurinaitis, well it's almost impossible to book a good angle for him, yet he gets a match with John Cena.
