Chan-Sung Jung vs. Dustin Poirier

Chan-Sung Jung lands a leg kick. Dustin Poirier answers with a left hand, but Jung catches a kick and takes the fight to the ground. Poirier quickly works off of his back, though, and presses Jung against the fence with four minutes left in the opening round.
Poirier lands uppercuts to the body and an elbow to the head of Jung. However, Jung drives through Poirier and lands in side control with three minutes left in the rounds. Poirier quickly gains full-guard, but "The Korean Zombie" lands an elbow that cuts his opponent's head open.
Two upkicks land for Poirier before he is able to sweep Jung and land in the full-guard of Jung with less than two minutes remaining in the first stanza. Jung uses the fence to stand, but Poirier lands an elbow and two hooks before shooting in for an unsuccessful takedown attempt at the end of the round.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Poirier.
Round 2
Jung catches another kick early and takes the fight to the ground. The Korean postures up and lands a big left hook before allowing Poirier to stand with about three minutes left in the second round.
Poirier lands a left cross and right hook, Jung opens up with a flying knee and counters a double-leg takedown attempt to land in full-mount. "The Korean Zombie" attacks with an armbar attempt and transitions to a triangle choke with more than one minute left in the round.
The 23-year-old Poirier slips out of the submission and takes the top position, but it's not nearly enough to steal the round, as Jung nearly locks up another triangle choke at the end of the frame.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Jung (19-19).
Round 3
Poirier lands a left hook and starts working his jab to start this third round. Jung presses forward, but Poirier covers up and lands a left hook. Jung answers with a left hook of his own.
The jab is starting to land for Poirier, who also lands a straight left. Jung ducks a punch, though, and throws Poirier to the ground. The Korean briefly moves to a mounted crucifix position, but Poirier escapes to his feet.
Both fighters begin to tire, but they trade blows and Jung lands a knee to the body. Poirier lands a jab and left cross. The younger fighter is continuing to find a home for his jab, but Jung answers right back by pressing forward ad landing a knee to the body.
A straight left lands for Poirer. Jung answers with a hook to the body and a flurry right before the horn.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Poirier (29-28 Poirier).
Round 4
Jung lands a stiff right hand. Poirier fires back with a straight left and jab, but Jung rocks his opponent with a right uppercut and takes the fight to the ground. In another classic finish, Jung locks up a D'Arce choke and finishes the fight.

Amir Sadollah vs. Jorge Lopez
2 of 12Round 1
Jorge Lopez opens the unlikely co-main event with a leg kick. Amir Sadollah misses with a straight punch and is countered with punches to the body. Lopez goes back to the leg kick and presses Sadollah against the cage.
The fighters trade knees on the inside. Lopez commits to a takedown attempt. The 23-year-old drags the fight to the ground, but only briefly. Sadollah finishes the round with knees along the fence, but a slight edge should go to Lopez in the opening frame.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Lopez.
Round 2
Using his size, Lopez presses Sadollah to the fence again early in the round. Sadollah separates and lands a right hand to the temple of Lopez, who is once again able to close the distance and take the fight to the cage.
Sadollah attempts a standing guillotine. It looks deep, but Lopez rolls out of it and takes Sadollah's back. A body kick and push kick land for Sadollah, who is now doing a better job of keeping distance.
The former The Ultimate Fighter winner lands leg kicks, but a late takedown for Lopez may allow Lopez to steal the round on the judges' scorecards. It's not enough to take the round on this scorecard, though, as the majority of this round took place with both fighters standing.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Sadollah (19-19).
Round 3
Lopez again rushes Sadollah to the fence at the beginning of this final round. Again, Sadollah is looking for a guillotine choke, but he releases the attempt and puts Lopez's back on the cage.
A leg kick and front kick land for Sadollah. Lopez eats a short elbow and looks to press Sadollah against the cage once again. Lopez scores a big takedown with two minutes remaining in the fight. If he can ride Sadollah for the rest of the round, he could earn his first UFC victory.
Lopez rests and the referee stands the fight up with one minute left in the final round. Sadollah briefly takes Lopez's back and looks for a rear-naked choke, but Lopez stands. Sadollah lands a knee and elbow before the fight ends.

Donald Cerrone vs. Jeremy Stephens

Jeremy Stephens trades leg kicks with Donald Cerrone early in the fight. "Cowboy" takes an edge with a pair of thudding leg kicks to the lead leg of Stephens.
A right hook lands to the body of Cerrone, who is also on the receiving end of a leg and body kick from Stepehns. Cerrone answers with a body kick, though.
Cerrone lands and outside leg kick and catches Stephens behind the ear with a right hook. Stephens' left eye appears cut from a subsequent right hook. A right hook-left uppercut combination scores for Cerrone, who eats a grazing left hook from Stephens. Cerrone lands a flying knee as the round comes to an end.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Cerrone.
Round 2
The kicks of Cerrone are landing with frequency early in the second round. Stephens is hurt by a left uppercut by Cerrone, who stuffs a takedown attempt and lands another leg kick.
"Cowboy" continues to find success with his right hook-left uppercut combination. It forces Stephens to cover up and retreat with two minutes left in the round.
Another leg kick lands for Cerrone. Stephens lands a left hook, but it looks like he'll need a knockout like he had against Marcus Davis to win this fight.
With time running down in the round, Cerrone scores a takedown to mix things up.

Round 3
Cerrone lands a kick to groin of Stephens at the beginning of the final frame. On the restart, Cerrone lands another thudding leg kick.
Doing an excellent job of keeping the fight at kicking range, Cerrone continues to kick the body and lead leg of Stephens. A straight right lands to the body of Stephens, whose left eye appears completely closed now.
"Cowboy" lands a body shot-leg kick combination. Stephens attempts a desperation flying knee, but Cerrone ducks it and the fight comes to an end.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Cerrone (30-27 Cerrone).

Yves Jabouin vs. Jeff Hougland
4 of 12Round 1
A stiff jab lands for Yves Jabouin. Jeff Hougland answers with leg kicks, but Jabouin scores with a spinning back kick. A slapping leg kick also lands for the Tristar Gym fighter.
The pace slows and both fighters land leg kicks. Jabouin lands a push kick that backs Hougland up into the fence. Hougland lands a leg kick, but Jabouin drops Hougland with a spinning back kick and finishes the round with ground-and-pound.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Jabouin.
Round 2
Seemingly recovered from that body shot at the end of the first round, Hougland eats a body kick from Jabouin. Hougland looks for a takedown, but Jabouin fends off the attempt and keeps the fight standing.
Houlgand chops away at the lead leg of Jabouin with kicks. Jabouin answers with a spinning back fist and body kick.
Another takedown attempt fails for Hougland, who is having trouble getting any offence going on his feet. Jabouin scores with a body kick and straight right.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Jabouin (20-18 Jabouin).
Round 3
Jabouin drops Hougland with a left hook and begins pounding away for the finish. Jabouin takes the back of Hougland, but "Hellbound" reverses positions momentarily. The Canadian Jabouin quickly regains the top position, though, and slows things down from the half-guard.
A right elbow lands for Jabouin, who appears to be 90 seconds away from picking up a third straight decision win. After a stand-up, Jabouin drops Hougland with another strike to the body and finishes the fight on top.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Jabouing (30-27 Jabouin).
Jabouin defeats Hougland by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-26, 30-27).
Igor Pokrajac vs. Fabio Maldonado
5 of 12Round 1
Igor Pokrajac ducks a looping punch and quickly takes Fabio Maldonado to the ground. Maldonado tries to sweep, but he gives up his back. Maldonado regains half-guard, but Pokrajac continues doing damage with elbows.
Maldonado escapes and allows Pokrajac to get back to his feet. The Brazilian rocks Pokrajac with a left hook and continues pressuring the Croation with hooks.
With less than one minute left in the round, Pokrajac recovers and lands knees from the clinch, but Maldonado rips hooks to the body and may have stolen this round with a late surge.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Maldonado.
Round 2
Pokrajac lands a jab-right hand combination and gets in deep on a single-leg takedown attempt. Maldonado defends the takedown attempt, though, and lands a hook to the body of Pokrajac.
A knee to the body lands for Pokrajac, but Maldonado fires back with body shots. With under two minutes left in the round, Pokrajac lands a knee to the head, but Maldonado continues working the body of his Croatian opponent.
Pokrajac hits Maldonado with a spinning backfist, but there's no power behind it. In a sloppy scramble, Maldonado lands on top of Pokrajac as the round comes to an end.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Maldonado (20-18 Maldonado).
Round 3
Maldonado presses forward and lands hooks to the body of Pokrajac along the fence. On the inside, Maldonado lands left hooks to the head of Pokrajac, who answers with a flying knee from the clinch.
A left hook lands for Maldonado, but Pokrajac blasts the Brazilian with a left hand of his own. The Croatian may need to finish this fight in the next two minutes in order to win, though.
Pokrajac lands a leg kick. Maldonado returns a left hook and counters a body kick with another left hand. A straight left backs Maldonado up, but the Brazilian fires back with bombs. Both fighters land heavy shots, but both fighters remain standing at the end of the fight.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Maldonado (30-27 Maldonado).
Pokrajac defeats Maldonado by unanimous decision (29-28, 30-27, 29-28).
Jason MacDonald vs. Tom Lawlor
6 of 12Round 1
Tom Lawlor lands a right hook to get things started. Jason MacDonald looks for a takdown, but Lawlor stuffs it and rocks his Canadian opponent away with a straight left hand. A right hook behind the ear finishes the job and gives Lawlor the win on his 30th birthday.
Lawlor defeats MacDonald by knockout (punch) at 0:50 of the first round.
Brad Tavares vs. Dongi Yang
7 of 12Round 1
Brad Tavares lands kicks to the lead leg and body of Dongi Yang to start this fight. One minute into the fight, Yang answers with a pair of leg kicks of his own.
The middleweights trade heavy blows, but neither fighter looks hurt. Tavares returns to his leg kicks and the pace slows with two minutes remaining in the opening round.
After an accidental eye poke, Yang lands a right hook and head kick. Referee Dan Miragliotta recognizes the eye poke, though, and calls a break in the action.
Tavares begins finding a home for his straight right, but Yang fires back with a straight left against the fence. The fighters jockey for positioning in the clinch as the round comes to an end.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Tavares.
Round 2
A leg kick lands for Yang, but Tavares answers with a right hook. Yang lands a flying front kick, but the southpaw eats a straight right shortly after.
With three minutes left in the round, Yang blasts Tavares with a straight left. Yang clinches and takes Tavares to the gronud, but the fight quickly returns to a standing position with one minute remaining in the second frame.
Yang looks for a throw, but Tavares defends and lands a knee to the body of his opponent. Still, the Korean appears to have done enough to even this fight on the scorecards.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Yang (19-19).
Round 3
Yang pushes forward early and lands a body kick, but Tavares scores a big takedown. Yang hits a switch and tries to reverse positions, but Tavares avoids the reversal and moves to side control. Tavares holds onto the legs of Yang and works the clock a bit before the referee stands the fighters up.
Tavares scores with a straight right to the body. A kick lands to the groin of Yang and there is a break in the action. After the pause, Tavares comes out aggressive with two minutes left in the fight.
A series of leg kicks lands for Yang, who still needs to make something happen to make up for Tavares' early takedown in this round. Tavares uses kicks to keep Yang on the outside for the majority of the final minute of the bout.

Cody McKenzie vs. Marcus LeVesseur
8 of 12Round 1
Looking to avoid a third straight defeat, Cody McKenzie is immediately taken to the ground by Marcus LeVesseur, who is struck in the groin area by an upkick. After the restart, UFC newcomer LeVesseur lands an uppercut that knocks McKenzie to the ground.
LeVesseur fails to lock up and north-south choke and looks to take McKenzie's back, but McKenzie scrambles and regains full-guard. For the 12th time in 15 career fights, McKenzie sneaks an arm under his opponent's chin and locks up a guillotine choke for the come-from-behind win.
McKenzie defeats LeVesseur by submission (guillotine choke) at 3:05 of the first round.
T.J. Grant vs. Carlo Prater
9 of 12Round 1
T.J. Grant lands a leg kick. The lightweights trade additional leg kicks before a right hook lands for Grant. The fighter trade leg kicks again and clinch, but neither fighter does any damage on the inside.
A jab lands for Grant, who ducks a punch and nearly takes the fight to the ground with a single-leg, but Prater shows great balance and maintains his feet.
A eating a leg kick, Grant stuffs a Carlo Prate takedown attempt and fights off a knee bar to take the top position for the rest of the round.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Grant.
Round 2
Prater opens the second round with a leg kick, but Grant answers with a lunging right hook. The Canadian presses Prater to the fence and lands a big elbow as he separates.
Grant takes Prater back to the fence and lands knees. After the fighter break a left hook-straight right combination also lands for Grant, who blasts Prater with a right hook afterward.
The Brazilian looks to take Grant to the canvas with a single-leg takedown, but Grant turns the tables nicely and winds up on top. Grant moves to the mounted crucifix position and does some damage before getting reversed in the final seconds of the round.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Grant (20-18 Grant).
Round 3
Some jabs land for Prater early in the round, but Grant presses forward and lands a left hook. Grant lands a straight right behind a jab.
Prater pumps his jab, but Grant scores a takedown with three minutes left in the fight. The Canadian fights off a Prater guillotine choke and takes the back of his Brazilian opponent. Grant briefly looks for a banana split, but he moves back to side control to maintain positioning.
Grant moves to full-mount with about one minute remaining in the fight. Prater gives up his back, but he escapes to his knees. As the Brazilian tries to work his way to his feet, Grant slams Prater to the ground and nearly locks up an armbar as the fight comes to an end.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Grant (30-27 Grant).

Rafael dos Anjos vs. Kamal Shalorus
10 of 12Round 1
A loser of two of his past three fights, Rafael dos Anjos comes out strong with a body kick. Kamal Shalorus catches a kick and lands a right hand before letting go of the leg.
In a moment that may lead to Shalorus' departure from the UFC, dos Anjos drops his opponent with a head kick and quickly finishes the fight with a rear-naked choke, handing "The Prince of Persia" a third consecutive loss.

Jeff Curran vs. Johnny Eduardo
11 of 12Round 1
Looking for his first UFC win in his 49th professional fight, 34-year-old Jeff Curran opens the fight with a leg kick, which is countered by a Johnny Eduardo right hook. Eduardo follows up with a slapping leg kick.
Another right hand scores for Eduardo, who also lands another leg kick. Curran lands a leg kick of his own with about three minutes left in the opening round.
Curran clips Eduardo with a right hand. However, Eduardo gets his timing down as the round carries on and lands a heavy counter left hook.
Inside the final minute of the round, Eduardo begins landing thudding leg kicks. A right hands and knee from the clinch also land for the Brazilian.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Eduardo.
Round 2
Eduardo opens the second round with three more heavy leg kicks. The Brazilian scores the a right hook to body and another leg kick.
Curran lands a right hook, but Eduardo fires back with leg kicks. Another overhand right hits Eduardo, but he returns quick hooks.
The 33-year-old Eduardo continues attacking his opponent's lead leg with kicks until the end of the round. Curran needs to find a way to take this fight to the ground in the final frame.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Eduardo (20-18 Eduardo).
Round 3
Curran finally gets deep on a takedown attempt, but Eduardo fights it off with four minutes left in the fight.
A left hook lands for Curran, but Eduardo says a thumb dug into his eye. However, the referee doesn't see an infraction and asks the fighters to continue.
Eduardo lands with a leg kick, but Curran presses forward with jabs and clinches. However, Eduardo breaks out of the clinch and keeps the fight standing with one minute remaining.
With his opponent still dealing with eye problems, Curran picks up the pace and lands left hooks and a big overhand right as the fight comes to an end. Unfortunately for Curran, the late rally probably won't be enough.

Eduardo defeats Curran by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28).
Alex Soto vs. Francisco Rivera

Coming off of a knockout loss against Michael McDonald, Soto looks to take the fight to the ground early, but Rivera counters with an uppercut.
A head kick lands for Soto. However, Rivera answers quickly with a right hand that rocks Soto. After fighting off a takedown, Rivera rocks Soto again with a right hook.
Soto scores with a body kick, but another big right hand lands for Rivera. Soto takes the fight to the ground with a desperation takedown, but he is unable to keep it there for long.
Another looping right hand lands behind the ear of Soto, who eats some knees in the clinch before the round comes to an end.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Rivera.
Round 2
After eating some looping hooks in the opening round, Soto comes out looking to use his reach advantage and keep distance in the second frame. The 28-year-old lands a left hand and gets back out of range from Rivera's power.
Rivera stuffs a takedown attempt and scores with another right hook. Two more looping right hooks land to the head of Soto with two minutes left in the round.
A leg kick lands for Soto, who answers with a series of body kicks before getting dropped with a Rivera head kick. Soto recovers quickly and is met by a left hook-head kick combination from Rivera.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Rivera (20-18 Rivera).
Round 3
Soto scores an early takedown, but Rivera quickly works his way back to his feet less than one minute into the final round.
After Soto dodges a punch, Rivera blasts his opponent with a right hand. A front kick lands for Rivera, who presses forward and rocks Soto with another right hook.
Rivera continues to walk down his opponent, but the pace slows through the later portion of the final stanza. Nonetheless, Rivera appears to have already done enough to pick up his first UFC victory.
