Chelsea won the FA Cup on Saturday in what turned out to be a thrilling encounter after a slow first half.
Liverpool had a very poor first half but showed a lot more life in the second half and substitute Andy Carroll scored midway through the second half.
This after Ramires and Didier Drogba gave Chelsea a two goal lead.

With this result Liverpool ended a disappointing season with no silverware to show, and Chelsea picked up its first of a possible two trophies.
Here are the ratings for the Chelsea players in their FA Cup triumph.
Petr Cech - 8
Cech didn't really have much to do for the majority of the game but made some solid saves when needed. The save on what could have been Andy Carroll's game-tying goal stands out.
Jose Boswinga - 5
Boswinga was one of the few bad performers for Chelsea and offered little in the defensive and attacking areas of the pitch.
Branislav Ivanovic - 7
Very solid defensive effort epitomized by one or two key blocks on Liverpool efforts.
John Terry - 6.5
As usual, John Terry was the team's organizer in defense, but he was beaten surprisingly easily by Andy Carroll for the Liverpool goal.
Ashley Cole - 7.5
Solid all-round display from Ashley Cole who showed his FA Cup final experience.
Frank Lampard - 8
Lampard assisted on Didier Drogba's goal, and his passing was on spot throughout the game. He definitely had a big influence on the outcome.
John Obi-Mikel - 6.5
Obi-Mikel did little of note that was bad or good for his team and gets a respectable ratings for his efforts
Ramires - 7
Ramires has become somewhat of a key contributor in the goals department and follows up his important goal against Barcelona with the game-opener here. He provided good energy for his side.
Juan Mata - 7.5
The fact that Mata, and therefore Chelsea, had a little less influence in the second-half knocks down his rating. Still, he provided the goal for Ramires and was always someone to watch out for as he has been all season.
Salomon Kalou - 6.5
Kalou worked hard and tried to provide some good moments for Chelsea on the attacking end. He wasn't able to provide a major influence of the game but had a very energetic and solid outing.
Didier Drogba - 8.5 (Man of the Match)
Didier Drogba continues to keep Fernando Torres on the bench with his great form. His game-winning goal aside, he did well in link up play and in holding the ball up for his teammates.
Substitutes
Raul Meireles - 6
Meireles came on to help defensively and didn't harm his team's chances as Liverpool applied more pressure.
Florent Malouda - N/A
