WWE News: Brock Lesnar Threatening Legal Action Against the WWE Following Raw?

Chris HumphreyJun 1, 2018

During the final Raw SuperShow before Extreme Rules last week, Raw and Smackdown general manager John Laurinaitis agreed to a plethora of wild contract demands made by Brock Lesnar before he would agree to a match with John Cena.

After not being seen since losing inside Hell in a Cell to the Undertaker, WWE COO Triple H made a rare appearance on the latest edition of Raw to void the demands of Lesnar in his new reconfigured contract.

With his demands thrown out of the window by The Game, Lesnar would go on to attack the COO and break his arm with the dangerous Kimura submission before being escorted out of the building in Dayton.

To help extend the storyline between Brock Lesnar and Triple H, the WWE posted an article on their website claiming that Lesnar will attempt to pursue legal action if he were to be released from his contract.

From WWE.com (via WrestlingInc.com):

"

Adding one further wrinkle is the revised contract that Laurinaitis agreed to during the April 23 edition of Raw. Among the new terms approved by the GM was a clause that waived any future fines or disciplinary actions against Lesnar.

Triple H has already dismissed those additional contract perks as null and void, but could Lesnar's camp pursue legal action in the event that the Board of Directors or Triple H comes down on Lesnar?

"

As intelligent fans of the WWE, we all know that Brock Lesnar won’t pursue charges. He will not released from the company, either.

That is, unless the former WWE and UFC champion actually did something seriously wrong.

Regardless, all signs are pointing towards a feud between Lesnar and Triple H, following the incident at the beginning of Raw.

This angle has the potential to lead to a much better match later this year, since it will have the chance to build over the summer, unlike Cena-Lesnar this past month.

With the WWE likely building toward a showdown between Lesnar and Triple H at this year’s SummerSlam, are you looking forward to the company’s second biggest event of the year?
