Mario Williams Talks Free Agency, NFL Draft and Buffalo
The big debate leading up to the 2012 NFL Draft has centered around quarterbacks Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III.
Heading into the 2006 NFL Draft, all that the football world could talk about was if Mario Williams was the right pick at No. 1. After all, former Heisman winner Reggie Bush and Rose Bowl MVP Vince Young were waiting in the wings.
As the saying goes, hindsight is always 20/20 and there’s no doubt the Texans made the right pick with Mario Williams. "Super Mario" has become a two-time All-Pro defensive end and recently signed the most lucrative free-agent contract by a defensive player in the NFL. The Buffalo Bills' gain is undoubtedly the Houston Texans' loss.
With the acquisition of Williams, the Bills can now focus their draft efforts on the offensive line to help protect their newly re-signed quarterback, Ryan Fitzpatrick.
NFL Draft 365 is a production of Bleacher Report Videos. The show highlights all of the players, news, happenings and opinion surrounding the NFL draft and is covered year-round for NFL fans, who are serious about their teams.
