Peyton Manning's Leadership Will Bring Denver Broncos Super Bowl Trophy
When the Denver Broncos landed Peyton Manning they immediately moved themselves into Super Bowl contention. While it may take another year of building around the four-time MVP, Denver will move to the top of the AFC in a short time.
More than any player in the NFL, Manning can make those around him better. Not just with his ability to throw the football, but because of his work ethic, dedication and the knowledge he can impart to teammates.
He will immediately elevate guys like receivers Eric Decker and Demaryius Thomas and tight ends Jacob Tamme and Joel Dreessen. His ability to read defenses will make the entire offensive line better. His presence will also help running backs Willis McGahee and Knowshon Moreno as well.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
While the defense still needs some help, and must get better up the middle, the team's offense shouldn't have trouble coalescing around Manning.
If the Broncos can improve their defense through the draft and by adding a key free agent or two next offseason, they could be competing for a Super Bowl title as early as next year.
The addition of Manning may not put Denver right into the mix for an AFC title next season, but in the weak AFC West, the Broncos will likely be co-favorites with the perennially disappointing San Diego Chargers entering 2012.
As the team builds around Manning it should see itself vaulted to the top of the AFC. The 36-year-old 11-time Pro Bowler likely has three to four years of playing time left and I believe he has what it takes to win another Super Bowl title.
