Day 2 is turning out to be an interesting round as the sun breaks through and some classic names surge to the top.
Fred Couples is a pleasant surprise on the leaderboard as he is using his vast knowledge of the course to his benefit.
However, we have a couple of other golfers to note.
Rory McIlroy:
McIlroy had a solid day one but was just a touch off on some swings, but he has been every bit as good as we remember in Day 2.
He had little issue with the first hole, the same place he laid a double in round one. In fact, his only hiccup came in the form of a bogey on five.
Lee Westwood had a rough time on the last hole, and now it's anyone's game.
Tiger Woods:
This brings us to the man everyone is looking for on the leaderboard.
Well, he is playing a great deal of catchup at the moment and continues to rest on a precipice. There is no way of knowing if he will begin ripping off birdies, or begin with frustrating bogeys.
Woods is right there with a leaderboard that is getting far more crowded by the minute.
If he can continue begin to drive with consistency, he will be in the mix after a volatile Day 2.
