New Nike NFL Uniforms: Jerseys That Nike Must Change Before 5-Year Deal Ends
Nike unveiled their “new” NFL uniforms yesterday, and they were quite underwhelming, especially considering how much ground the company has been breaking in the college football world.
The Seattle Seahawks were the only franchise that got a significant face-lift by the company. The rest of the tweaks were quite minor.
Fortunately, Nike signed a five-year agreement with the NFL and has plenty of time to work on updating and improving jerseys over the life of the contract.

Biggest Questions Surrounding 2026 NFL Season After the Draft 🤔
Let’s take a look at some teams that sorely need a new look.
Arizona Cardinals
This team has been using the same ugly color scheme since moving to Arizona, and the uniform update in 2005 didn’t do much to help.
It’s simply not an appealing uniform, and the all-white helmet with the Cardinals logo on it is just ugly.
Nike could make this team look sleek and dangerous, and the ownership group should allow them free reign to do such.
Cincinnati Bengals
There isn’t anything exactly wrong with the Bengals' uniforms, which are easily the boldest digs in the league, but they could be so much better.
Since Cincy is receptive to wild jerseys and helmets with stripes and strong colors that really stand out, they should let Nike’s creative team add their signature polish and modernize them a bit.
Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jags have a new owner, but they are still rocking pretty much the same unis since the franchise’s inception in 1995.
There is not going to be a better time to draw attention to the team and build their fan base up than right now. It’s a perfect opportunity—with a new apparel designer and owner—for Jacksonville to completely re-design their jerseys and create a new identity.
