Arkansas Razorbacks Head Coach Bobby Petrino Reportedly in Motorcycle Crash

Bobby Petrino was unfortunately involved in a motorcycle accident on Sunday evening, just two days after the Arkansas Razorbacks held their first spring scrimmage.  

Robbie Neiswanger covers the Arkansas Razorbacks for the Arkansas News Bureau, and he tweeted the news.

Just confirmed: Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino was in a motorcycle accident last night at approximately 6:45 in Madison County.

He was transported to a local hospital and stayed there overnight. 

The extent of Petrino's injuries are not known at this time, but as soon as they are, we will update you with the information.

Update: According to Thomas Murphy of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Petrino suffered multiple injuries.

Petrino is entering his fifth season as head coach of the Razorbacks, and the 2012 season looks to be very promising for Arkansas.
