WrestleMania 28: 8 Potential 'Jaw-Dropping' Moments

WrestleMania 28 is finally here. The card is loaded with matches that are sure to excite the WWE Universe. 

Some of the most anticipated matches ever will take place at WrestleMania 28. CM Punk will face Chris Jericho for the WWE Championship. The Undertaker puts his streak on the line against Triple H, with Shawn Michaels returning to be the referee. The night will end with a bang, as John Cena and The Rock will finally settle their differences. 

The WWE is no stranger to great surprises or causing astonishment. Here is a look at eight potential "jaw-dropping" moments that could likely happen at WrestleMania.

Kharma

Beth Phoenix vs. Kharma was the match that everyone wanted at WrestleMania 28. However, since her return at the Royal Rumble, Kharma hasn't been seen.

The Diva's division needs a shot of adrenaline to revive it and the current match in place at WrestleMania will not do that. 

What the division needs is Kharma. There is a good chance she comes out and interrupts the tag-team match.

Brock Lesnar Interferes

Brock Lesnar is reportedly back in the WWE after retiring from UFC.

According to Jamie Penick of MMATorch.com (via The Wrestling Observer), Lesnar has signed a one-year contract with the WWE and is set to return at WrestleMania 28.

Who will Lesnar set his sights on is the question.

Lesnar and Undertaker have had their problems and made some noise when they had an altercation after one of Lesnar's MMA fights. Could he possibly get involved in the Undertaker's match?

Or could Lesnar get involved in the main-event match. Lesnar has had a history with both John Cena and The Rock. He could choose to start a rivalry with one—or both—of them.

Either way, Lesnar returning will drop some jaws.

HBK Betrays Triple H

Triple H and Shawn Michaels are good friends. But the fact that Shawn Michaels was unable to end The Undertaker's streak, could play a role in this match. 

A possible scenario could have Triple H in line to win the match, and Shawn Michaels screws him over. This would be shocking and open up storylines for the three of them going forward.

Jericho Wins the WWE Championship

CM Punk has emerged as the biggest fan favorite in the WWE. He has held the WWE Championship for a significantly long time.

If he loses the belt to Jericho, all of CM Punk's fans will be stunned. 

Lord Tensai

If the WWE is good at one thing, it is amping up the WWE Universe for a new character. The most recent has been for Lord Tensai. 

Lord Tensai also known as Matt "A-Train" Bloom, will make a big impact in the WWE. According to WrestleNews.com and F4Wonline.com, Tensai is being brought in to be a main-event player that feuds with the top faces of the company.

With all the possible surprise appearances at WrestleMania, Lord Tensai has to be added to the list. His appearance will undoubtedly be interesting.

Face or Heel Turns in Team Johnny vs. Team Teddy

The match between Team Teddy and Team Johnny is important because the winning team will give control of both shows to the General Manager.

It is loaded with some of the best talent in the company today. Many young stars like Dolph Ziggler and Kofi Kingston could get a big push after WrestleMania. That push could come from a face or heel turn.

There are many different angles the WWE could go with this and if one or more superstars change their status as a face or heel, it would be shocking.

Streak Ends

No surprise here, the end of the streak will undoubtedly cause jaws to hit the floor. 

Undertaker's WrestleMania streak is the most decorated record in the WWE. You can't get much closer to ending it than Triple H did last year.

Undertaker is no longer a full-time wrestler and it may be time to hang up his boots. One way for him to go out in a historical way would be losing at WrestleMania.

John Cena Heel Turn

A John Cena heel turn has been endlessly discussed by the IWC. Speculation of if and when he will turn is always a popular topic. But the actuality of a Cena heel turn has yet to happen and may never.

If Cena does finally turn heel at WrestleMania 28, it will absolutely be jaw-dropping. He has refused to change for anyone. However, if he finally meets the challenge he can't overcome, maybe he will turn heel.

His match with The Rock at WrestleMania is being hyped as the greatest match of all-time. A Cena heel turn would add more to it.
