WWE News: WWE Has Decided on Every Match Finish for WrestleMania 28

Justin WatryJun 7, 2018

With WrestleMania just a few short days away, it seems as if WWE knows exactly what they are doing. At least, that is what a new report states.

According to the Wrestling Observer (posted at 411mania.com): "WWE officials have tentatively decided on and written down every finish for every match at WrestleMania 28."

My Thoughts on This News

Honestly, this shouldn't shock anybody.

Do movies start filming without a finished script? Do singers make up words during a recording session?

In some cases, they may.

In most cases, I assume everything is already mapped out in advance. There may be a small change here or there, but plans are set.

WWE is no different.

This Sunday, the company will put on its biggest event of the year. If they didn't have a clear idea only a few days away, I would be concerned.

However, I am sure more stories will come out about "late changes" or something that happens on the day of the show. We see it nearly every PPV show in wrestling.

Look no further than the Royal Rumble in January.

Randy Orton was planned to win. Chris Jericho was set to be the victor. No, Sheamus was a last-minute change, and he won the Rumble.

What in the world do you believe there?

One man had just returned. The other man had been battling injuries. The third option had been kept incredibly strong (undefeated for months) and promised to win the Rumble days before.

Yeah.

Back to the report, most of the matches for this Sunday are fairly predictable. That is not a bad thing. It is simply using logic and story telling.

Thus, WWE has all their ducks in a row, and I continue to look forward to the show. Beware though! Any second now a new report may come out about all these "last-minute" changes...
