Sidney Crosby Video: Watch Penguins Star Assist Evgeni Malkin's Powerplay Goal
Sidney Crosby is back with the Pittsburgh Penguins, and he has continued to rack up points as if he never left.
In the Penguins' 5-2 demolition of the New Jersey Devils on Saturday, Crosby took a check from Devils forward Jacob Josefson and was still able to feed star center Evgeni Malkin with a perfect pass, and the Russian forward buried it past goaltender Martin Brodeur for a power-play goal.
Crosby showed tremendous strength to stay with the puck and find Malkin, who finished the job with a booming slap shot to give the Penguins a 4-1 lead.

Being able to have Malkin and Crosby, arguably the two best players in the NHL, on the power play at the same time is almost unfair to the rest of the league.
In his first two games back since returning to the Penguins after being out since December 5, Crosby has five points (all assists), three of which came against the Devils on Saturday.
The Penguins are only two points behind the New York Rangers for first place in the Atlantic Division and the Eastern Conference standings.
Pittsburgh has now won 11 games in a row, and with Crosby back in the lineup and producing at a high level, the Penguins might be the favorites to win the Stanley Cup.
