Andre Drummond: March Madness Predictions for UConn Star
Andre Drummond is expected to be one of the top picks in this year's NBA draft, but the NCAA Tournament will be a chance for him to truly shine.
Connecticut opens the tournament against a very tough Iowa State team. If the Huskies win, they will likely face top-seeded Kentucky in the next round.
While there are many talented players on Connecticut, the fate of team rests on the shoulders of the freshman big man.

Here are some predictions for Drummond in this NCAA Tournament.
1. He will have a few highlight dunks
The first thing you notice about Andre Drummond is his size and athleticism. When his point guards have the ball, they can lob it anywhere near the rim and watch their center throw down an alley-oop.
This skill will not only get him to the NBA, but he will gain a lot of fans across the country when a play or two ends up on SportsCenter this weekend.
2. UConn will take care of business against Iowa State
A lot of experts are picking the Cyclones due to the versatile Royce White, but Connecticut has too much talent to lose in the first round.
Drummond should be able to outmuscle anyone as he fights for rebounds, and his supporting cast of Jeremy Lamb and Shabazz Napier should provide enough offense to win their opening game.
3. Drummond will be humbled by the frontcourt of Kentucky
The freshman has been dominant against players that are smaller and less athletic than himself, but that will not be the case when he faces Anthony Davis of Kentucky,
Davis is the best defender in the nation and is flanked by Terrence Jones and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist.
Drummond will be denied up front all game long as the Wildcats easily get past Connecticut in the Round of 32.
