Report: Biggest Spenders in Men's CBB 🤑
(3) Baylor Bears vs. (14) South Dakota State
Nate Wolters is one of the most underrated point guards in the nation, as he averages over 21 points and six assists per game to go along with a small amount of turnovers.
He really knows how to control the game.
However, Wolters matches up with Baylor, a team that possesses quite possibly the most length and athleticism on the perimeter of any team in the country.
I liked Wolters and the Jackrabbits coming into the tournament, but this is a tough matchup.
(7) Florida Gators vs. (10) Virginia Cavaliers
The Gators have a bunch of guards who love to run and shoot the ball from deep, while Virginia is allergic to fast-paced games.
If Tony Bennett's squad had it their way, they would only have 40 possessions per game.
Whoever controls the tempo in this one will be the winner.
(8) Memphis Tigers vs. (9) Saint Luis Billikens
The bracket hasn't been released for long, but I've already seen people breaking down the Michigan State-Memphis matchup.
Well, not so fast.
The Billikens are incredibly efficient on defense and play the type of game that will really both Memphis' ultra-athletes.
Don't sleep on the Fighting Majeruses.
