Peyton Manning Rumors: Veteran QB's Arm Strength Reportedly Not Back Yet
Let the Peyton Manning sweepstakes begin! At least that's what we thought when the Indianapolis Colts officially released the future Hall of Famer.
While there are several teams showing interest in Manning's services, there are still many questions to answer about the likelihood of him returning to the football field at 100 percent.
Aside from his health issues, Manning's arm strength isn't fully back yet, according to Jason Cole of Yahoo! Sports.

"“So far, so good,” said a source with one of the many teams that is interested in signing Manning. “The question is still where is it going to stop, but the progress over the past month has been steady and that’s what you’re looking for.”
"
Like the source mentioned, where is it going to stop? If you are teams in need of a quarterback then it may be a good idea to have Plan B and C ready just in case Plan A, signing Manning, doesn't work out.
""All three sources said the concern at this point is all about the nerve and strength regeneration in Manning’s right throwing arm. The cervical fusion in his neck is solid enough to continue playing football," said Cole.
"
One would hope that with Manning throwing regularly his arm strength would eventually work back into rhythm and full strength. At this point, however, nobody exactly knows what will happen with Manning and his football future because we don't know exactly how much this has hindered his body.
The Denver Broncos, a team Manning has met with, were still encouraged with their visit on Friday, according to Michelle Beisner.
"It's 1:15p MST - Broncos team source has confirmed, Manning still in Denver. Broncos were encouraged by their visit with Peyton yesterday.

According to Jay Glazer, Manning's next stop will be in Arizona to meet with the Cardinals.

You never like to see a player like this be forced to cut a career short because of injury. Hopefully, Manning can regain his arm strength soon so he can sign with a team and begin preparation for the 2012 season.
Having a team like Denver and Arizona stay on board will only bode well for a possible sign of Manning in the relative future.
