AFC East Links to the Best Coverage, 3/7 Edition

As we near the free agency and the 2012 NFL draft, here are some useful links to get your fix on coverage for your favorite AFC East teams.

Miami Dolphins

Barring a last-minute change of plans, Peyton Manning will become a free agent sometime today (Wednesday). B/R Dolphins featured columnist Thomas Galicia has his thoughts on why the Dolphins must make a push to bring him in.

Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald chimes in that bringing Manning in would, if nothing else, spike ticket sales. To that, I'd only add that he'd do something even better for the Dolphins—make them a contender.

New England Patriots

B/R Patriots featured columnist Eitan Katz has a look at his top five free agents that the Patriots must target.

Is there any kind of real possibility that the Patriots bring in Texans defensive end Mario Williams? Mike Loyko of NEPatriotsDraft.com ponders the thought. 

New York Jets

When a quarterback the caliber of Peyton Manning becomes available, it can often suddenly put a team in the market for a quarterback. B/R featured columnist Josh Martin has his thoughts on why that could be the case with the Jets.

What's more, ESPN AFC East blogger James Walker points out that while Manning will get a fresh start somewhere, it was the New York Jets that (technically) ended the Manning era.

Buffalo Bills

Wide receiver Stevie Johnson sat down with Steve Tasker of BuffaloBills.com to talk about his extension and the team going forward. He also mentions that he's grateful to the fans of Buffalo for being so supportive.

And Stevie Johnson isn't the only wide receiver on the Bills radar. There are rumors, according to Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union-Tribune, that the Bills could go after Vincent Jackson. B/R Bills featured columnist Chris Trapasso gives his thoughts.
