WWE News: The Latest on the Divas Being Left off the Card at WrestleMania 28
With five matches on the card set for WrestleMania, the event has the makings to be one of the greatest in the 27-year history of the WWE’s biggest event on April 1 in Miami.
After being rumored to be off the card completely, there is news that Divas will be a part of the event instead of being left on the sidelines at WrestleMania in 26 days from today.

"The latest on the WWE Divas at WrestleMania 28 is that officials are leaning towards holding the match on pay-per-view instead of a dark match, as previously expected.
A source adds that whatever the originally planned Divas match was, reported to be either Beth Phoenix vs. Kharma or Beth Phoenix vs. Natalya, that has been changed and now the match will be something different.
"
While the Divas deserve to have a match at WrestleMania just like the guys on the roster, I think it’s going to be a bit hard to set up a feud for a match for the event.
The first problem is that the division is incredibly thin at the moment, with the current champion, Beth Phoenix, all but dominating since winning the title at Hell in a Cell last October.
The idea of the match that most WWE fans would like to see between Kharma and Phoenix is off the table as Kharma continues to recuperate from her pregnancy and spend time with her newborn son she had in late 2011.
With Kharma not being an option for WrestleMania, I would like to see Natalya face off with the Diva’s Champion in Miami, but that won’t happen, since the WWE insists on continuing the horrible farting angle for the former champion.
With Eve being pushed as a heel since turning on Zack Ryder, I could see a match where Eve challenges Phoenix for the Diva’s Championship at WrestleMania, with Ryder distracting her, and in turn, costing her the match.
In the end, there will likely be just some Divas battle royal match with all the ladies in the division to be a time killer on the card for people to go hit the concession or merchandise stands.
So Bleachers, what kind of match do you expect to see the Divas in during WrestleMania 28 on April 1?
