Here are the top three that can potentially make the 2012 version the greatest one yet.

John Cena vs. Rock

This is the most anticipated match in the last five years. After Rock ditched the WWE for $greener$ pastures, Cena has the opportunity to expose Rock for the pampered movie star he has become.

Rock can open up a can on Cena and have the ultimate bragging rights of being able to leave the sport and make a comeback look easy. Cena’s reputation is on the line.

The star power is unmatched and even the casual fan is going to be fired up for this one.

CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho

It’s a father-son fight of sorts. Punk is the outlandish new guy who has taken the sport by storm. He is on top of WWE at the moment. Y2J knows what that feels like, and is trying to put the young gun in his place.

Ever heard of the phrase “respect your elders”? That’s not happening on April 1.

Jericho is one of the few who can match Punk move-for-move in the ring, while displaying the same outstanding mic work that tends to plague so many stars.

This match is a flip of the coin.

Triple H vs. Undertaker

How long have you followed the sport?

Depending on your answer, it will likely determine your interest in this match.

These are two of the true titans of the sport who are part of a previous generation that didn’t care about concussions and head trauma.

Both wrestlers have dealt with tons of injuries over the years only to come back after every one of them. They are two of the great iron men the sport has ever seen.

So far, both sound like this may be one of the final matches of their respective careers. You can feel the raw passion and intensity from guys that know the sun is setting on their careers in the ring.

This may not have the incredible in-ring display of Punk-Jericho, or the star power of Cena-Rock, but for anybody that has followed the sport for years…this is the fight you’ve been waiting to see.
