WWE News: How the WWE Will Hang the Hell in a Cell Inside Sun Life Stadium

As the Hell in a Cell makes its first appearance at WrestleMania since 1999, the WWE will have to decide how they want to set up the cage inside Sun Life Stadium, which doesn’t feature a roof to help hang the structure.

With WrestleMania 28 conveniently 28 days from today, the WWE might have an idea how to pull off hanging the Hell in a Cell at the home of the Miami Dolphins on April 1.

There had been speculation regarding how WWE are to suspend the Hell In A Cell structure at WrestleMania 28 in Sun Life Stadium which is an open top venue. The latest would suggest a modified Cell although that has not been confirmed.

At this moment, I believe the WWE might be slapping themselves for making the third meeting between Triple H and the Undertaker a Hell in a Cell match in a venue that lacks a roof to suspend the cage.

As for the term “modified Cell” featured in the source, my guess will be that we’ll see the original style of the Hell in a Cell that we saw from 1997 to 2005 instead of the recent version that is much larger from the roof to the floor.

No matter the style of Hell in a Cell, the WWE will still have to contend with trying to hang the structure.

Instead of having the Hell in a Cell above the ring complete, I think a good plan would be to just hang the roof of the structure and bring the walls of the cage down to ringside when it’s time for the match.

With the problem how to suspend the Cell, I think the WWE gave themselves an unneeded headache to go on top of planning their biggest event of the year for the company.
