Monday Night RAW: The Rock Will Outshine John Cena in Triumphant Return
The time has finally arrived for The Rock to make his weekly return to WWE television. With his match against John Cena just five weeks away, Rocky will prove once again why he is and will always be the People's Champion tonight on RAW.
Even though the creative team has done everything it can to build up Cena by allowing him to overcome hate in his feud with Kane and giving him a one-week promo advantage near the end of last week's show, there's simply no way he can match The Rock.
The crowd reaction within five seconds of Rock coming out from behind the curtain will dwarf that of anything Cena received during his rant last week.

One of Cena's biggest issues is repetitiveness. He keeps raising the same issues about “Dwayne.” It's always about selling out for Hollywood or not showing up to every single event, but it doesn't connect with mainstream fans, because they no longer blame him for those issues.
Rocky put in his fair share of years on the road to become the star he is today, so nobody's going to fault him for reaching his maximum earning potential. Coming back to electrify the crowd every now and then is viewed as a treat, not a returning sell-out.
When he makes his triumphant return tonight in Portland, Ore. he'll steal the show as he always does. That's the reason Triple H accepted Undertaker's challenge and Chris Jericho became the No. 1 contender last week—tonight is all about The Rock.
There has been a lot of talk about CM Punk's pipe bombs since last summer, but nobody holds an audience in the palm of his hand quite like the leader of Team Bring It. That's why he always outshines Cena when they go face-to-face in the ring.
It's unclear what role Cena will play during The Rock's return tonight, especially considering his Daytona 500 duties, but the WWE would be wise to avoid a direct confrontation right away, because it will be putting all of Cena's momentum at risk.
Tonight's about Rocky, and if Cena tries to steal the spotlight, there will be a couple more trending topics dedicated to his “lady parts.”
It's setting up to be an unforgettable WrestleMania with several terrific feuds, but nobody will generate more interest in the show than The Rock.
The journey officially starts tonight and RAW is once again must-see television.
