Wade Barrett Injury: The Alternate View from the Stands and an Update

Michael NargiJun 7, 2018

Wade Barrett's injury looked pretty gruesome to the television audience on RAW on Monday night.

The latest information from WWE.com is that Barrett will miss 6-8 weeks. As fans watched on television, it was originally thought that it was Dolph Ziggler who had injured his arm.

A fan in attendance, XtremeJPO recorded the injury from the stands, and posted it to YouTube.

It seemed like a bad situation for medical personnel, as they had to deal with eliminations taking place right behind them while they tried to work on Barrett.

When all the dust settled, Barrett left the arena with a partially dislocated left elbow.

Barrett's potential involvement in WrestleMania is in serious jeopardy.

With the timetable the WWE has given out, it would appear that Barrett would likely not participate. WrestleMania takes place on April 1, so if Barrett has a speedy recovery, he would still be in the running to take place in the biggest event of the year.

I am sure Barrett will be doing everything in his power to make a full recovery in hopes to make a return on April 1 at Sun Life Stadium for WrestleMania XXVIII.
