WWE Elimination Chamber News: John Laurinaitis Promises Huge Announcement at PPV

For those of you who may be on the fence about purchasing Sunday's Elimination Chamber, listen up, as this tidbit may help sway your decision.

According to WrestlingInc.com:

The official Twitter feed for Raw Interim General Manager and WWE Executive Vice President of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis says he will making a huge announcement tomorrow night at Elimination Chamber. The statement reads, "FYI: I plan to make a HUGE announcement at Elimination #Chamber tomorrow. It might stop the show, and will certainly be a Game changer."

Hopefully, the "interim" RAW GM will really have something of value. As it would be a terrible ploy to use this to get fans to tune in to what appears to be a lackluster offering. As of this writing, Elimination Chamber does not really have anything of sustenance in terms of match value or entertainment.

Currently, the RAW title match appears to have the most star power, with Punk defending against Jericho, The Miz, R-Truth, Dolph Ziggler and Kofi Kingston. To me, this is where the WWE stands to make the biggest impact, as Punk could lose to any of these opponents and no one would think twice about it.

It would seem as if the WWE would want to add a game-changing announcement to the SmackDown match. Mostly because it seems that there is no one in the match that can beat Daniel Bryan. Yes, Bryan will have his biggest challenge against The Big Show, but outside of that, there is nobody that is able to carry the match, let alone the blue brand's title.

Unfortunately, Johnny Ace really didn't give us much more to go off of. So if you are looking for answers, you're going to have to shell out $55 or wait until Monday.
