WWE Elimination Chamber 2012: Storylines That Will Carry into WrestleMania
The Elimination Chamber pay-per-view provides a nice bridge between two of the year's biggest events and helps build anticipation for WrestleMania. There will be storylines featured on the show that will carry over for the next six weeks until the big night in Miami.
Here are three feuds to watch out for on Sunday night.
CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
The WWE has tried to make it seem like everybody involved in the RAW Elimination Chamber match has a legitimate shot of winning by repeating they all have a 1-in-6 chance about a dozen times every show recently, but that's clearly not the realistic.
It's really a two-man battle between Punk and Jericho with four supporting characters. Regardless of who emerges from the chamber with the belt, the feud is only just beginning and it's already been pretty terrific. There's a chance for it to become one of the best storylines in a long time.
Since both guys are awesome on the mic there's enough a chance it can surpass The Rock and John Cena's confrontation since there has already been a year of promos between those two.
The Miz vs. R-Truth
R-Truth doesn't get the respect he deserves from the Internet wrestling community. Since returning from his wellness violation he has successfully completed a face turn and continued to get a massive crowd reaction, something few superstars can claim.
There's really no way they can keep him off the WrestleMania card following that much success and his most likely feud remains The Miz. The headliner at last year's marquee event has hit a rough patch lately, but he's still one of the company's top heels.
It won't be a surprise to see them become the first two guys in the chamber. R-Truth will probably eliminate The Miz, setting up the storyline to continue.
Beth Phoenix vs. Kharma
Even though this is a little bit of a longer shot, I still believe there's a great chance it happens. Kharma made her return in the Rumble last month, but hasn't made he weekly television return yet after being out on paternity leave since last summer.
Phoenix has been rolling through the Divas division for months, in anticipation of Kharma's return. It's really the only feud with a chance of making anybody care about the Divas, who are constantly misused by the WWE.
After Phoenix defends her belt, I'm thinking Kharma will come out to make her presence felt by continuing the assault on Tamina while Phoenix escapes. That should lead nicely into a WrestleMania storyline.
